GooglePamela and Gemma were fantastic in helping with my recent move. They worked tirelessly as a team to ensure everything went smoothly. Both were always available to answer any questions we had, and Pamela, in particular, was incredibly organized, consistently providing prompt responses to all my many queries. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a letting agency. I can’t recommend them enough they are both fantastic

GoogleFraser & Co have been great, the lettings agent Gemma was super helpful and communicative, showed us loads of flats that weren’t quite right and then found the absolute perfect flat for us. Gemma worked to align our expectations with the landlord’s which meant we could move forward. The property manager Martha had since also been very helpful since we moved in. Highly recommend Fraser & Co. - great experience :)

Google2.5mths after moving out they have not released our bond. There was no dispute over final payment, they just have not refunded us or taken accountability. Extremely poor customer experience

GoogleNick was very dishonest. Not the best experience - very shady agent. Showed interest in a property in Lewisham. Was told it is so popular that they had to remove it from the market. Comes out, In a week’s time, no one arranged any visits. Property been added and removed multiple times. Finally managed to book a viewing. Never received offer form, during the call caught agent lying about offer being placed already to the landlord. You can feel deceitful behaviour from the start Very disappointed. Nick didnt really know much about the property either, provided incorrect information whilst obvious was in front of us during the visit. also tried to persuade in putting extra price in the offer due to how popular it was? Things turned out catching him lying on the phone and im glad we didnt go with it.Very dishonest. Wouldn’t recommend

GoogleI rented a flat for two consecutive years with Fraser & Co. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, not to be trusted and at times blatantly unfriendly. Renting through Frasier was a real disappointment from start to finish and a huge energy draining endeavour. I would highly recommend avoiding this agency if possible.
