GoogleI recently signed a lease for an apartment with this real estate agent, but it was suddenly canceled just a week before my scheduled move-in date. At the time, I had already paid three months' rent and five weeks' deposit, and I was fully prepared to move in. I was told the landlord couldn't sign up for rent guarantee insurance, and that my visa status may have been the reason. I'm currently on a student visa, which expires in October, but I've already secured a job in the UK and plan to switch to a graduate visa in August. The contract process was also extremely stressful. The first contract was invalidated due to a mistake on the landlord's part. When I was signing the second contract, the agent repeatedly sent me the same emails, urging me to sign. An employee named Zak, in particular, repeatedly followed up with me and pressured me to sign as quickly as possible. I eventually signed, but later discovered the final contract lacked the agent's signature, rendering it legally invalid. Also, when I emailed them with questions about the contract, there were often delays in receiving responses. This sudden termination completely shattered my life plans and caused me great mental stress. I had planned and prepared everything for the move, but everything was ruined. I sincerely hope that other tenants will avoid this situation in the future.

GoogleI had a great experience finding my rental with Adeel. From the first call we had he quickly got a clear idea of what I was looking for. Only showing me listings that were relevant for me. He sorted me a suitable viewing and was able to apply my needs to where it worked for my needs. Showing me the flat in a way that got me to imagine living in the property that made it easy for me to confidently make an offer. Over the next day with the offer he was prompt to get it finalised and was flexible with making contact with me given my work schedule. Going from viewing to finalised processes in under a week (including 24h from viewing to offer accepted) was perfect for my needs and I would highly recommend Frank Harris to others

GoogleI can not say enough about the service and attention Frank Harris & Company (FH) have given our family over the last 3 years as their clients. Having my daughter in London renting and my wife and I in the States it was essential to be able to contact FH to gain support asap. FH always responded immediately and solved every quandary my daughter faced abroad. I would highly recommend the services of FH. FH goes above and beyond what is expected. GoogleBe cautious when looking at all the good reviews. The estate agents will charm you when trying to look for a property, then they will just stop caring after you move in. We knew we were in for a difficult rental as soon as we moved in, and found a shoddy paint job done, with specks of paint splattered all across the floor. The showers never drained properly since we moved in (likely due to being clogged with dog hair from the previous tenant), and this was never resolved. Getting any maintenance done was like pulling teeth.

I encountered a nightmare afternoon with Frank and Harris Barbican branch. The gentleman who I dont know the name appears to be extremely impolite. They have a weird policy that ask tenants to provide card details and CVV before they can call landlords to discuss offers. I understand this. but at that time I only knew for first time and I wanted to ask for explanations, the only thing I got is "up to you to do this, we have plenty of candidates who can rent this property" and their bull-s**t "we serve only the landlords not you". It can be true but how idiot to say this out :) Really wish I can have that guy's name.
