GoogleAfter a while of searching for a house to rent, Annabel from Foxtons in Chiswick managed to find a place in a reasonable time frame. They were very responsive to our queries and catered for our requirements even when they changed.

GoogleI moved back from abroad and interacted with multiple estate agents in the Chiswick area. Foxtons were the only one that I've had a really positive experience with, Rumi from their Chiswick office truly cared about finding me the right flat and she was communicative, proactive and persevering. I've recently realised that the inventory had to be updated at my new flat and this was also actioned within a couple of hours.

GoogleHad a bad experience with Foxtons. Their staff confirmed my viewing appointment, but when I was waiting in the office, I was told the lady booked me in was on holiday! Itβs just wasting my time! They are so unprofessional!

One of her associates, Shari, helped me out looking for places and she has been very amazing throughout the process, and managed to secure a place for me, very quickly and efficiently. GoogleFoxtons might be great for house owners but are terrible for the renters. If you like two places, you can stay on the rent, choose the one which is not managed by Foxtons please. I'm chasing them for two months for my deposit and there's no clarity when I'll get the money back.

GoogleFoxtons will not reply to your emails or pick up the phone. We have been trying for over 2 months to contact them for a basic and necessary repair. Best to avoid.

Michael often went above and beyond his job: * very flexible in terms of the time - he didn't mind to arrange viewings after 7pm (week days) and Sundays * very knowledgeable and able to provide sounds advice * very honest and trustworthy * able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manners I highly recommend him to any buyers /sellers in London!
