GoogleUnlike several bad reviews, I had an overall good experience dealing with Foxtons Chiswick branch. The staff were friendly and my agent in particular was very professional and efficient. I did not like how the additional costs were hidden under "tenants fees apply" but when asked, the agent clearly outlined what those were. Overall a great office and good customer service.

GoogleAmazing amazing help. Really would suggest looking for a property around the area to go with Narian and Foxtons Property consultants. They would make the whole process otherwise complex seem very simple.

GoogleFoxtons, and Zyed our agent, were very helpful in the process of renting our flat. We had some requests before we moved in which they managed well with the landlord to make sure everything was in place before we moved in.

GoogleHey, it's a Foxtons. Yes they're out to get your money. But from my experience, compared to the Ealing branch. The staff here were more responsive, organised and overall far more competent. Our estate agent was lovely and helped us out however he could given our circumstances. Great experience considering it's an estate agents.

GoogleExtremely helpful and guiding Narean from Foxtons. Very optimistic.Super knowledgeable and extremely honest and straightforward in letting know the expectations of the landlord etc. Definitely will recommend Foxtons anytime.

GoogleI cannot speak more highly of Foxtons and particularly this branch! We've recently bought a house through them and they made this potentially incredibly stressful process as smooth and palatable as possible. If I ever have to sell/buy any house in the future, they will be my first point of contact.

GoogleI have been dealing with Fares from the Chiswick office and found him very professional and helpful in his negotiations. He made the whole house hunting process a lot less daunting and identified the correct properties in my price range as well as arranging viewing appointments at convenient times.

GoogleWe have rented our flat out several times with the Chiswick branch and it has always been a good experience. We have always received a solid service (most recently from Jonathan Deakin who was particularly professional) and has found us some lovely tenants
