GoogleI called Ryan about a property I had seen online and he talked me through it and organised a viewing for that evening. He was really friendly, helpful, and was able to talk through the proprty in detail. He gave us time to look around, we weren't rushed, and he even suggested some layout options for our furntiure! Communication has been easy and efficient - all in all, a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI contacted Chris Lockwood about a property I was interested in but wasn't available anymore, so he immediately provided me with very good alternatives and arranged a viewing for later in the day. This was very well organised and his charm and professionalism made my partner and I feel very welcome during the viewing and very comfortable to be around. He practiced current safety measures very well and we all wore masks indoors as well as keeping our distance. He provided us with a paper brochure of the property and details for making an offer if interested. We discussed several things about the property in detail as well as the local area - looking forward to a pint and a bowl at Rowans with Chris in the future! 😁PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGreat agency, specifically mention to Felipe who values our property and stayed engaged throughout the sales process. Their network and reach does mean that where other agents failed to shift the property in 3-4 months (2 viewings the whole time), Foxtons managed to get circa 2-3 viewings a week and resulted in 4 reasonable offers.

GoogleWe are exceptionally disappointed in the service we have received from Foxtons to date. We rent in Angel and have flagged numerous issues since March with our property management team that inhibit our ability to use the property as advertised. We cannot use the downstairs bath or shower as it floods the bathroom, we cannot use our study as the lighting there does not work, we are unable to use our balcony as the door is broken and we are unable to use the storage in 2 large cupboards and under the stairs as they are full of either the landlords. I would never rent from them again or trust them with a property. Do yourself a favour and find a better estate agent at any cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleChristopher Lockwood’s customer service was just brilliant; it was just wow top tier Chef’s kiss. Any questions I had in mind at the viewing were already answered with his thorough explanations. He was excellent and consistent at communicating and I’m extremely grateful that he was the agent representing the property we visited; he made this whole experience quick and smooth. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would. Someone give this man a promotion.

GoogleI switched letting agencies to get more viewings, and Anna O'Sullivan valued the property for me. She followed up diligently to understand my requirements and to get all the paperwork done. The next day I had six viewings and by evening had an offer at the asking price. Very professional and efficient.

GoogleIngrid Martin - she’s a hidden gem in the world of agents that sometimes leave me feeling very frustrated, un-heard and un-helped! I have met many, but Ingrid really is the person you need if you want to receive a first class service! She is on top of her work, she listens and goes out of her way to help and deliver. She changed her schedule for us, went and did a video viewing for us when we were unable to come in person, kept us updated and informed every step of the way (we were never left waiting “in the dark”), and it never took her more than a few minutes to phone us back and answer all our questions promptly. Most importantly, she gave us the best personal advice, which was exactly what we needed to hear and it ultimately helped us find the perfect place for us! I hope that we meet Ingrid again, she’s an absolute star!
