GoogleWe are very pleased with the service provided by Foxtons in reletting our flat. New tenants were found very quickly notwithstanding the current covid difficulties. Their representative, Matthew Bird, was particularly helpful in that, on his own initiative, he inspected the flat just before the new tenants were due to arrive and found that the professional cleaning was not up to standard. He took immediate steps to remedy the situation to the satisfaction of the tenants, thereby saving us considerable potential embarrassment.

GoogleI did not chose Foxtons - they chose me. I put out a request for a valuation to 4 different Estate Agents on Upper Street. Only Foxtons replied. And I must honestly admit they would not have been my first choice. However... in fact and in truth they have been from the start genuinely excellent. By which I mean they brief and inform me of everything that is happening and respond when I have a question. And their advice on offers has thus far been faultless. What can I say? They're good. Or at least James Lamb and Josue Masegosa are good because they are the people I have dealt with. You hire a professional they act like a professional you have to give them credit. that is why i am writing this. Eddie Barnsbury Grove

GoogleGood service before you move in. Once you've moved in and you have to deal with property managers that's when all the problems begin. Our heating wasn't working the first day, we called her multiple times to ask what we could do, she was being very rude and we ended up asking the neighbours how to make it work. We've been asking for our letter box key for over 2 months now, which we were supposed to get the day we moved in, still don't have it. The property manager never replies our emails, is almost never in office and when she is she either doesn't pick up or says she'll call back in 5 minutes which never happens. We had to cancel 2 appointments with the bt engineer so far because we don't have the key for the room he needs to go to, to set up our broadband and tv. So do these guys really think we've paid almost 5k to move in this place and not even have access to our letter box? Or that we won't need to get a broadband for the house? They also said we'd get a washing machine that's a drier as well, guess what? It's just a washing machine and we have to dry our clothes on the towel racks. I would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI have had an excellent experience as a buyer although I'm only mid-way to completion on my purchase. The agent I worked with was upbeat, helpful, really worked with my budget and requirements and had some insight about what I was really looking for. The price negotiation was balanced and fair; in a very exaggerated market he tried to keep it on an even keel and keep stress levels as low as possible. The agent was extremely knowledgeable about the area. I did not feel overly pushed one way or another. I had heard very poor word of mouth from others but my experience was only positive.

GoogleMy partner and I found a nearly ideal flat to rent. The service received was quick, sincere and the whole experience was delightful - our lettings negotiator was Siobhan Madden. They only downside are the high administration fees. However having browsed around for a while I had to conclude that Foxtons do generally tend to have a better selection of properties available than most other of the competitors. And one just has to swallow that cost, because losing out on a good property on some principle seemed a bit silly.

Probably one of the best agencies we’ve dealt with in terms of sales customer care.
