GooglePrior to working with James we hadn't had much luck selling our flat. The moment he took the property on, he saw its merits and starting bringing round the ideal buyers. He secured an offer at asking price in a matter of weeks and proceeded to manage the process between buyer and seller in the most unobtrusive and diplomatic manner. In particular she has listened to our wish-list and has not bombarded us with properties that simply don’t fit the bill (as some other agents have a tendency to do).

GoogleI recently bought a flat with the help of Paul Christian at Foxtons. It was was a relatively complicated affair but Paul, whilst always looking after the interests of his client the vendor , was calm, helpful and informative to me, the purchaser, throughout the whole process. I would never have considered the flat in the first place but, after Paul brought it to my attention, I realised it perfectly suited my requirements. After I put in an offer he responded quickly to my many queries and worked overtime to find me the information I needed from the somewhat elusive managing agents. The work of estate agents often goes unappreciated so just wanted you to know that if I could bottle his initiative, sensitivity and business acumen and transfer them to my own employees I would certainly do so.

My husband and I had to haul to get to our appointment from work at 7pm, and the agent called at 7.15 (while we were there) on our mobile saying he would be late and couldn't meet until 8.30pm. When we mentioned it to management on the way out, they couldn't care less and no one was interested in helping us. I called twice since and left messages to hear about the 4 properties we were supposed to see and have finally given up. Miserable company.

GoogleFoxtons has been very professional with our last tenancy. Despite a few issues in the house, we were always attended to in an efficient and professional manner. Various agents and property managers have been very helpful throughout the whole process, Adrienne, Mary, Georgia, among others. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
