GoogleWe wen't through several agents before landing on Foxtons and they are by far the best - they give excellent advise on how to make your tenancy offer more appealing to the landlord without breaking the bank, which enabled us to secure our dream rental! Leon Murray was our agent and the guy is a wizard.

GoogleAbel Ricch was extrodinarily helpful in finding out property, even with our difficult search criteria. We eventually found the perfect place after a lot of work from Abel.
Thank you for your kind review, we are pleased to hear that Abel has gone above and beyond to help you find a property that meets your needs.

GoogleOk service. Agent was polite but when i called to see if flat was still available the person i talked to was a bit rude and hadnt got a clue. Agent called me back a day later and said it was available. The fees put me off though. If i pay huge fees i want a 5 star service all round.

GoogleWe used Foxtons to sell our two bed flat in Islington. They were great - we particularly liked how responsive they were and that we could reach them on whatsapp. All of the agents we dealt with were very personable and helpful. Special thanks to Chris Jones and Stuart Harris.

GoogleAs many before have mentioned, navigating the London rental market is very daunting to those relocating to London but Ingrid Martin in particular made the whole process so much easier. She’s a pro, super responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the flat you want. Thanks Ingrid!

GoogleTop experience with Steven, very clear and precise advise. Felt like he knew exactly what I was looking for. Surely is the greatest real estate agent in all the land.

GoogleAntoinette was first class in matching my requirements to a short list of properties. This enabled me to select a property from the first viewings. Antoinette's knowledge of the local area was first class. Foxtons back office and communication processes were first class throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Foxtons and Antoinette to find your next home.

GoogleVery happy with the service from Foxtons after previously having had less than impressive experiences with two other (nationwide) Islington estate agents. The house sale was not straightforward with several false starts which were not of Foxtons' making, and they ramained patient and persistent throughout. Josh Whelan was thorough and precise and got the sale over the line. Thanks

GoogleToo many real estate agents merely open the door to a property, but don't do much else whilst you contemplate the biggest financial commitment of your life... Jamie did quite the opposite and provided us up front with all relevant information, took onboard our concerns and was able to address those concisely and quickly. It meant that we could develop a relationship of trust which goes a long way and, for me, can be a deciding factor in what property and what realtor we eventually choose.

GoogleI had a really great experience with Chris Jones who was in charge of my case. he showed many different property's and the best value properties in my criteria. GoogleThis Agency is the worst, AVOID I have never come across such an arrogant bunch, they take estate agents to new depths .Condescending and smug, I don't know of anyone who has a good word to say about them, probably their own staff leaving good comments. if you are looking for a flat to rent don't go here,

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant! We can’t thank Filipe enough for all the support throughout the process, patience and guidance during the purchase. We will definitely recommend Foxtons and Filipe to everyone and make sure we use their services in future as well.

GoogleWe have been very impressed by the team at Ludlowthompson in Finsbury Park who have been involved in our potential flat purchase. From the outset, they provided us with properties to see which met our criteria and were definitely of interest rather than flooding us with everything that was available, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. Nicola Dawkins, who has led the team, and Alina Halibozek have been very efficient and effective, always quickly responsive to queries, good at answering questions and also in trying to help to resolve any issues. Friendly, approachable and thoughtful, they have in summary provided a very professional service, with a personal touch, and it has been always been a pleasure dealing with them. We would happily recommend them.
