GoogleI just wanted to say what a good experience we had with Kristina. She was incredibly patience, and took my husband and I around to look at so many different properties. She was really understanding of our (rather ridiculous) criteria, and did everything she could to help us find the home of our dreams. I would give her 6 stars if I could, she is a gem.

GoogleGreat experience with Steven! He's been nothing but patient and accommodating with our requirements for a new home and seems to really care about getting the details right instead of pushing incompatible flats on us. He's very responsive and does not fail to communicate with every new development during a notoriously stressful process. Maxime has also been very kind and helpful, but our primary contact has been Steven. Both have never made me feel like I was wasting their time with simple questions. Would recommend!

GoogleThey keep sending social housing properties letter for property valuation three times in last 6 years. Every time I ring not just branch but also head office yet they keep doing again. Local council offices are 200-500 metres away therefore can find out easily yet cannot be bothered. Would not use even if could due to pathetic & unprofessional business practices.
