GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Sadia Kasem enough! She is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Not only did she understand all of our needs and worked to find properties to match them, but she found us our dream apartment and got us moved in in record time. Thank you, Sadia! You are absolutely amazing! 10000/10

GoogleOur experience looking for a new place to rent with Foxtons Clerkenwell was very positive. Yann-Pierre Was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He quickly understood what we were looking for, our priorities, our preferences, and our dealbreakers without feeling pressured in taking anything that we were not happy with. We saw around 10 properties with different agencies and different levels of service; from the "you won't get anything with that budget" to the "you gotta get it now because you'll never find a place like this at that price". Yann-Pierre was pretty chilled, listened to us and reassured us that we could find a good place in the area with our budget. Practically every place we saw with him was a good option. We recommended him to another friend who's looking for a flat in the same area and now he's flat hunting with him as well. Super recommended.

GoogleComing from a supposedly high end west london agency such as Chard and Dexter, in comparison, Foxton is an absolutely amazing branch. Very responsive, very fair and overall great agents that work with great landlords. I have no complaints and it’s been amazing and look forward to dealing with this branch as long as I live in the UK. Jon from Foxton is who I deal with so that would be my obvious recommended agent.

GoogleJon Hanson from Foxtons' Clerkenwell office did a great job in helping me to find a flat for me in North London. I scheduled a viewing for a place and while we were viewing it, he suggested to have a look at another flat that might match my expectations better - and it was a perfect match! The whole process was very easy and time-efficient and Jon was always available to answer my questions. I can truly recommend reaching out to Jon if you are looking for a new place!

GoogleWorked with Matt Bird out of the Clerkenwell office and he was great! We put in an offer on a place, which didn't work out but he immediately found us another spot to view and pushed our offer to the top of the list, within a week of losing the first offer we found an even better place to live! He is highly responsive and great to work with, highly recommend!

GoogleSadia Kasem was an absolute pleasure to deal with as a newcomer to London looking for a place to live. She made the process of finding and securing a property to rent super easy, stress-free and smooth. All questions were answered promptly, and I always felt well looked after. GoogleI was helped by Leona in my search for a home. She was kind enough to drive me around to the different properties, showing me the types of properties I had requested. She went above and beyond to try and find unique places that would fit my criteria.
We are glad to know that Leona has worked so hard to show you a range of ideal properties. Thank you for the review!

GoogleI would have rated 0 if I could, avoid this branch or the company in general! I had entered Foxtons in Clerkenwell the receptionist was friendly and had taken our details, then sat us down to wait for the lettings negotiater. 5 minutes or so later, a female named Daniela Fernandes who works at Foxtons Clerkenwell had approached us. She had approached us with her mind shut and eyes half closed. She had spoken to us as if she had 1 minute left of her shift. Nevertheless, she showed us a few properties and had arranged an appointment for Monday the 31st of July at 1PM. So myself and my friend, we strolled into the store as you would do for an appointment and we were asked to have a seat. So after waiting a little while the receptionists approached us and asked us if we had actually had an appointment. I replied yes of course that's why we're here. She replied, oh but she's just gone out with her clients for some viewings. So I replied so you're telling me that she had not taken us seriously and didn't book us in. The receptionist replied yes which was quite frustrating. So we were informed to wait an hour till she comes back. Therefore, we waited an hour and after an hour we were told by a man that also works at the worst estate agents I have ever been to that she will be in a meeting with me now, it's best you go home and I will get her to call you. So we listened and left. However, I'm sure you can guess what happened next. No phone call!!! Therefore, after this terrible service I have decided to write this review on how amazing KFH clerkenwell are, how they provide a world class service and how terrible Foxtons clerkenwell Daniella Fernandes is at taking care of her clients. In my opinion, this is not professional, it is slack. Not taking clients seriously and avoiding them? I will be writing a formal complaint to the directors of Foxtons. However, I immensely value the service and KFH has provided me with an unforgettable experience which I hope to remember forever and learn of the service they had provided me with. Dominic Martin is a top man! KFH was the complete opposite of what I have to say in this review. I was provided a world class service from the clerkenwell branch, which had left me speechless compared to how badly I was treated in Foxtons.

GoogleI recently booked an amazing flat via Foxtons Clerkenwell and the entire experience was GREAT, from start to finish. Amne was super helpful and provided me with honest advise during the viewings that we did. She helped me out with all the paperwork, so the entire process was completed very quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that everything was explained to me in a very transparent way (no hidden charges etc.) and there were no delays whatsoever with my application. Thank you Amne! You are a STAR!

GoogleGreat experience dealing with Ricky from the Clerkenwell Office. He was very professional, knowledgable and witty - eventhough i can be a pain in the backside at times! He was very close to securing a flat for me but unfortunately due to my job taking me abroad, i have had to abandon the search. I have since recommended him to several colleagues who have all had very positive things to say about their experience. I want to thank Ricky and his team for their level of service and the positive experience. RS

GoogleFinding my first property in London was not easy, but Sadia at Foxtons Clerkenwell did the possible and impossible to find the perfect home for me and to allow me to secure it! She made the process enjoyable and represented a trusted person over the process, and allowed me to find the home of my dreams.

GoogleHad a last minute move and Sadia and her team were incredible start to finish. They helped me locate an amazing flat(in the area I was looking for and matching all my requirements) sorted all the paperwork for me promptly and I had keys in hand by end of the week. Could not have been a smoother process.

GoogleI booked 2 viewings with them back to back, first one in Barbican (far away from where I live) and then we would go to another one in Wapping. I didn't ended up seeing either of them. In the first one the keys didn't work (which could be understandable), but then, once I was already waiting in Wapping, I got a call saying that they couldn't send any agent there. I don't know and I don't care who's fault is it, but thats a TERRIBLE SERVICE for a client. I lost 3 hours of my day. 0/10NegativeProfessionalism
We're really sorry to hear about this. We wish you all the best in your property search, and hope you may still consider using us.

GoogleFoxtons were the agents for the flat purchase I completed just yesterday and did a great job. Mohammed Islam (the agent) was always very available and professional from my first viewings all the way to completion. It was a long process but I felt I could always count on Mohammad to drive the process and to push things forward.

GoogleGreat service! Did not end up renting with Foxtons, but enjoyed highly professional support while scanning the market for suitable apartments. Especially Anisah put a lot of effort in organizing viewings and showing me around.
We are pleased that you have had such a fantastic experience working with Anisah, thank you for the review!

GoogleI have been very impressed by the professionalism of Jon Hanson (Foxtons Clerkenwell) who secured a flat for me in such a smooth and efficient manner very quickly - all this while I was abroad for the whole process! Jon was always available for questions and advice when needed which made it easy to finalise my decision.
