GoogleJon Hanson at Foxtons Clerkenwell was such a great help in securing my tenancy. I appreciate that he respected my requirements. Given lockdown restrictions and being new to the UK, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thank you so much for your patience and dedication!

GoogleGreat to work with Greg on a recent purchase for a client. Greg was responsive and helped to manage the deal well. He was also very accomodating for viewings prior to and after the offer was agreed. Thank you Greg! :)

GoogleLeona Thompson at the Foxtons Clerkenwell is friendly and extremely efficient. She makes sure that your viewing time is worthwhile. In the end I did not rent through Foxtons. The management is not as good Leona though. However all in all it was a nice experience.

GoogleAlthough we did not, ultimately, get a flat with Foxtons, we are very happy with their services, as they were of great help in our search for a flat. We are especially grateful to Jess Caballero, who was truly excellent, supportive, understanding, and patient throughout the process.

GoogleAfter a long and unsuccessful apartment search in London, I signed up to Foxtons on the weekend and was met with a barrage of agents calling me Monday morning. Fortunately, one of the agents was Matt Bird who very quickly identified the perfect apartment and helped me negotiate a successful below market offer, which was signed and complete on Thursday. Super impressed with the speed and quality of service provided, and glad to be a Foxtons managed tenant now for the foreseeable future!

GoogleVery nice place, with very good estate services located in clarkenwell. I've been there several times to rent a flat the branch is run by a team of expert people very friendly and welcoming they will help you in whatever you need either to rent or buy real estate. Ask for Mr. Harry Shakesby working for lettings he is very responsible and willing to help. He was following up with me for a whole three weeks until I found what I need. Thanks !

GoogleTia Benkhedidja has been extremely efficient, professional and helpful to our purchase with the provision by Foxtons. Without these qualities of hers, perhaps we would look elsewhere. It is great to see there are some staff members like Tia in your industry who show care in their work.

GoogleI met Jaymie Reilly of Foxtons several times while I was looking for a flat around the Islington area. He was always very friendly & efficient and nothing was too much trouble even though the place we found eventually was not through him. He continued to be supportive and offered assistance if needed despite this. He understood completely what I was looking for and only sent through appropriate places which I found really helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend him whether you are buying or selling.

GoogleHad a great experience of working with Greg Nickson and Jaymie Reilly. Always available to answer my questions and give me updates on the progress of my sale. I had used multiple agencies before this but Foxtons were able to get more people through the door than any other and even when an offer fell through, they were able to get more interested parties in and get it over the line. Thank you both!

GoogleI have spent the last 2 months with Toby who was helping me with my property search. Toby was very patient with putting up with all my demands and requests, eventually we managed to find the perfect place. He is the most thoughtful estate agent I've met!

GoogleWhen someone mentions Foxtons to me, the hairs on my neck automatically raise and I suddenly get an image of a young, snotty nosed, arrogant, pushy sales person! Lets face it this company probably had the worst reputation in the industry. I hated dealing with them, until now. Stephanos Choriatoppilos a member of their team has genuinely restore my faith in the company. His warm hearted authentic approach, along with his gentle directness and extensive knowledge about the properties I was viewing, as well as the area I was buying in was a welcomed relief. Steph I really cant thank you enough! You are a valuable asset not only to your team but also to your entire company. Thank you for thinking about my needs as a customer and not your pocket as a seller 🙏

GoogleMatthew Bird at Foxtons Clerkenwell helped me find a central flat, he had a great sense of what would be suitable and as I didn’t have much time to look, shortlisted options for me to see all on one day and was available on What’s App constantly to make sure we secured the right property. So far we have also had swift responses from the property management team too. Impressed by the professionalism - thanks for a great service.
