My agent was Mo, he was fantastic. In my property journey I went to 6 different estate agencies, the only person who understood what I wanted and showed me properties that fit the bill was Mo. He was great at answering any awkward questions I had during viewings, or if he wasn't sure he was quick to follow up with answers. Following the offer, Mo was incredibly proactive in maintaining the pace of the purchase. All in all a great experience working with him, he is an asset to the firm

Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.

Met a wonderful chap named Daniel who was utterly phenomenal to both me an my mum. For context, we jumped into the London flat market at one of the worst possible times in the year, so we were frantically moving between agencies trying to secure a place. Daniel was quick to show us our options and was incredibly patient whilst we inundated him with many (probably frustrating) questions. Additionally, even though I was the only one moving into London, he patiently entertained any concerns my mum had about the properties and was fully transparent about safety, a topic she was particularly interested in. For anyone new to the area, I cannot recommend Daniel enough.

I wanted to buy a flat in London. I was only for 8 days in London. Arrived on wednesday , booked the viewing on wednesday,saw the flat Thursday, offer accepted by Friday. By next Friday (8 days after 1st viewing of the house i had paid the deposit and i was the official buyer and we were exchanging documents. Enamul was my original agent, Mitchell was my agent for the offer and deal, and Ollie helped with communication, and they were the best people i could ask for. Enamul was the best -in present/face to face i have ever dealth with (and i own 2 property management companies and rented and bought houses worldwide). He has integrity, great ,honest ,character amazing at his job, friendly, immediately understands your needs and works around you and does not waste your time. He is amazing at his job. I want to thank Ollie as well for helping me throught all, and Mitchell for literally being there every single step of the way no matter the time, he would really explain things to me and help me understand, guided me, helped me and made my life so easy. To be honest i had lost hope in real estate agents in London and agencies because i have seen every possible scenario you can imagine but this team gave hope that they are still credible, great, helpful, professional, with integrity , realible , and past paced agents out there.
