GoogleI saw a property online and booked the viewing very quickly with Attiya. After our first conversation, she came back to me with another two suggestions, which were great options based on the criteria I had provided. I found Attiya to be very professional and a pleasure to work with, definitely not a pushy agent like some I had spoken with! Thank you, Attiya :)

GoogleI had the wonderful Attiya help me find a property. She was so patient and worked incredibly hard to get me what I wanted. She took time to listen to and deliver on the required specifications of the property. She kept me calm in the- notoriously stressful- process which was an unexpected plus. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you !

GoogleIf you are buying a property I hope Georgina is your agent. She was the one bright light amongst the protracted painful process of dealing with solicitors, she was the only one on the ball and with any worthwhile updates. I recommend her highly.

GoogleLola has been so helpful in helping us through the process of moving into our ideal home. It's very difficult to find agents you can trust but I have felt very comfortable and secure through the entire process.

GoogleAfter not putting my partner's on the tenancy agreement for her rental property for 6 months (!) Foxton's then refused to give her a reference for the place that me and her were aiming to move into together. Because of them being deliberately obtuse it completely disrupted the referencing process for us moving into our new place, despite her paying her rent on time consistently for the duration of her tenancy, and them failing to put her name on the agreement for half a year through sheer laziness/incompetence. I called them to speak with them about the situation and the guy on the phone started giving me some pseudo-philosophical speech to justify his colleagues' behaviour. Having heard horror stories from other tenants over the years I'm not in the least bit surprised but it really did throw me off to see how unprofessional and immature this company and its staff seem to be. Please avoid like the plague and choose another estate agent if possible, these guys are vultures. It seems like it's a real culture within the workforce too, as the stories across the board from different branches are so consistently shocking. In contrast, La Casa Property Services in Hither Green are amazing and have been so helpful, so please head there if you're looking to rent a place locally.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLaura was really friendly and kept me updated as to what time to expect her at viewings. Very professional young lady and also very honest with her answers, which is very rare in the industry. I appreciate the effort she made.
