She drove us between the two properties as we had come via bus to the first viewing which was very helpful of her.

GoogleSuch a disgrace! Moved in to a property 3 days ago and didn’t inform us about all the issues and damages of the property. When we contacted the landlord, she said she was not ready to rent the property and wants us to move out to do the repairs when we’ve just moved in! Foxtons knew about this and still rented the property to us! Now, they’re saying their hands are tied and there’s nothing they can do as it’s the landlord’s decision. They kept rushing us to settle the deposit and one month’s advance rent during the process. Now that we have agreed with the landlady to move out as we can no longer endure the stress and inconvenience they have caused, they’re not answering their phone and emails for the full refund! No consideration at all given that we have a small child and I have only started with my new job at the hospital!
