GoogleI have been trying to sell the flat through other agencies unsuccessfully until I decided to contact Foxtons. They have been incredible during the whole process and within 2 weeks I managed to obtain full asking price. Attiya was very helpful and professional and always able to handle everything in a very speedy manner. Would definitely recommend

GoogleLola is the one! She is just amazing. Thanks to her we found the perfect house and she strived to make it possible for us to call it OUR house! We experienced some issues and were almost giving up on renting, but she helped us in every single step and was so committed in it despite her 1000 things to deal with. I totally recommend her if you want to get an amazing customer support and service. Shoutout to Steven, the manager, who supported Lola and us with the issues we had.

GoogleBoth Lola and Josh have been amazingly helpful - highly recommend them. Lola is professional , friendly, keeps in contact regularly and helped us massively by choosing selectively when it came to sending properties , as well as advising us on how to put our best offer. Josh and Lola worked well together - when one wasn't in the office, they’d clearly kept each other up to date with our search. They both acted beyond what we expected and were much more personable than other agents we’ve used at other agencies.

GoogleAlice has been incredibly helpful throughout my purchase of my first home. From the outset, she was very flexible and responsive when it came to organising viewings. During the process from offer to completion, Alice has also been very involved in facilitating the process, speaking to all of the different parties to try and make the purchase as smooth and painless as possible. Overall, Alice has been great to work with and I would highly recommend getting in touch to anyone considering buying a house.

GoogleIt is no surprise that all of the positive reviews are regarding housing purchases and not from rental tenants. Utterly useless. You will spend more time chasing the staff (to find out information or ask them to do what they have committed to doing) than they spend doing the job they are paid to do. A stressful and frustrating experience.

GoogleOur house is landlord managed. We agreed a new contract with the landlord personally yet Foxtons still want to charge £96 to renew our contract (same as last year so no alterations). I rang to discuss as I thought it was unfair considering we never liaise with them or anything and was told by a Sebastian that ‘well no one put a gun to your head to sign the first contract’.. We initially paid their fee to get the house and until now haven’t heard from them since. I was also 9 months pregnant when we signed the first contract so never read all the t nd c’s. There is no customer service. They are super blunt and rude on the phone. I got off the phone and felt so frustrated by being shouted at like I was the stupid one. I felt like they knew that they had me nd basically tough luck. That is not ok for us who pay £1800 a month in rent. Pick agents that don’t just want to fleece you year after year for doing nothing. There are a lot of better agencies that don’t charge these ridiculous fees and yet have good customer relations. 10 years of renting and this agency is definitely top of my DO NOT GO HERE LIST.

GoogleDonald took over from a previous colleague at Foxtons during our first home purhcase. He helped facilitate our transaction which at times was very stressful and unclear. GoogleI moved into a house 2 years ago and Foxton never did an inventory of the house. The house was dirty when I arrived, it had never been painted, the bathroom was moldy, we left the house clean and now they want to charge 750 pounds for cleaning, they delivered the house in terrible conditions and in need of maintenance. That's a shame.

GoogleVinh at Ludlowthomspon has been understanding from the beginning of our search what we wanted and what we expected from our future flat. He has only shown us properties that matched our description making our quest for the perfect flat easier. GoogleRented my flat through Foxtons lettings team. Dreadful from start to finish, and to top it off are far more expensive than every other local estate agency. Found sub-par tenants who left my flat in a complete state (filthy, overgrown garden) on check out, mismanaged the check in report and the deposit arbitration. Tenants moved out six months ago and still haven't received the refund of the deposit monies.
