GoogleNot one to leave reviews but for the reasons below I feel it is necessary this time. Holly was very helpful up until we paid the deposit, but since then has proved unwilling to provide any help or service hiding behind the ‘not managed by us’ line. We arrived to our new, fully furnished, home on the same day and time as arranged with the landlord to find no door on the property, no furniture in the property and no one to meet us with keys, not that these were needed considering there was no door. The landlord arrived and told us that someone was coming to fix the door but that it would take all day and that the people who were meant coming to move our furniture into the house had let her down. I had to take an emergency day off work to make sure that our belongings weren’t left unattended. To cut a long story short it has been two weeks and we only just have a fully furnished house with four mattresses. We have had no help from the agent whatsoever and feel very neglected and abandoned. Won’t be using foxtons ever again.

GoogleI was very hesitant to deal with Foxtons, however the property I was interested was being sold through them. I happened across a Sales Rep there that was fabulous. Scott Woodhead was a star! He went out of his way to get me into properties I wanted to see quickly. He helped me throughout the process in a very professional yet friendly manor. I was excited and nervous and he was willing to help throughout even though there were moments I questioned it all. I do not think this was the easiest of sales yet he was what made it happen in the end. I would definitely suggest working with him. Thank you very Much Scott!

GooglePurposely made things difficult when stopped renting through them. Completely misused my personal data, repeatedly closing multiple utility accounts without my permission. Seemed unnecessarily spiteful - surely these people have better things to do with their time. Bit pathetic really.

From start to finish she was super helpful and kept us in the loop at all times which was very reassuring and took a lot of the stress away, which is very hard to come by in London! Highly recommend! GoogleLola was extremely helpful throughout our experience with LT. We were able to set up a viewing at very short notice and were then able to view at our own pace and leisure. All of our questions about the property were answered thoroughly. We also got great insights into the bid submission processes - prior to Lola’s help we were relatively clueless. This assistance extended after our evening viewing. We got an email detailing everything we needed to do, and some of the points that had been discussed at the property that evening. Despite not being interested in the property, we would definitely recommend LT.

I had two viewings with Ludlow, with Hannah, and she was very nice and helpful as well. Kerry helped me and my flatmates a bit with the referencing process, and was professional as well.
