GoogleStephen, Laura and Hannah make a fantastic team. They have let my house for me on a find only basis and made the whole experience a good one dispite my having difficulties with my tenant. They were always on the phone to help and advise and keep me updated with what was going on, which was vital to me as I live out of London. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back in 2 years time!

GoogleI was contacted by Stephen Graham to discuss renewing the tenancy agreement with my corporate tenants. We discussed the current rental value of the property and what my bottom line would be in terms of negotiating an increase. Stephen's suggestion of going in at a slightly higher figure proved to be correct as he was successful at the first attempt in obtaining an increase from the tenant. I was very pleased with the service provided and the speed in which this matter was resolved. Thanks once again.

She had to wait extra 20 minutes for me to commute to the property from the city , not only she was kind enough to wait , she did the viewing with me and within 2 hrs all contract ready to sign by email . GoogleAfter taking the money for our holding fee, and making us commit to let the property if the landlord accepted our offer, they kept us waiting for over a week. They then told us that our offer had been accepted, took more of our money, only to tell us they didn't have the right to let the property until a later date. £500 admin fee for all of that, you must be joking
