GoogleAmy was the estate agent who dealt with the sale of our flat. We were selling a shared ownership flat, so it was quite a long complicated process, but Amy was incredibly helpful throughout, reassuring when things seemed difficult and always available. I would highly recommend selling with Amy.

GoogleWe had flat on the market with Foxtons for a few months not achieving the goal. We had lots of viewings and when the offer finally came through it was badly managed by the agent. Miscommunication was the main reason it fall through days before expected exchange. It was quite frustrating. With new agent we had 4 offers within a month of marketing and a very professional help throughout the process leading to successful exchange. Foxtons customer service leaves much to be desired!

GooglePaul was superb in helping me to find the ideal property to move into. He understood quickly what I wanted and showed me a range of properties in the right price bracket to give me a good idea of what was on the market. He knew the area well and so was able to give me good advice on the best possible deal that I could get. Once I had chosen a property the process of signing up was easy and quick.

GoogleI had a good experience with Foxtons thanks to Hafsa Meho, who I worked with over a month. Moving in the middle of a pandemic and doing virtual viewings can be difficult but Hafsa really made it quite convenient for me. She was a pleasure to work with, finding me good options and answering my unending questions super patiently. I'd recommend her without hesitation :)

GoogleHafsa did very well in identifying and showing me several apartments while I was looking to rent. She explained the process & state of the market in plenty of detail, which was really helpful to me as a first-time renter. I ended up preferring an apartment which was let by a different estate agent, but the interactions I had with Foxtons were the best among the several companies with which I inquired - over the phone, in person and online. I'd come to Foxtons again!
