I spoke to Adonis in Property Services at the Battersea Office for the third time today and I would like to commend his encouraging and supportive professionalism. I built an instant rapport with him on the first conversation. Adonis was pro-active and set up a plan which he followed through on. He took the time to genuinely connect with me as a person and not just as a customer. I highly recommend Adonis' services.

Adam arrived punctually. He was smartly dressed and courteous throughout. He asked questions about the age of the house and how long we had lived there. He pointed out the plus points in the various rooms and was not afraid to say which areas would lower a valuation. He also explained that the financial situation was very fluid and this would affect future valuations should we decide to proceed. Altogether it was a good informative experience for us. Adam is to be recommended for his professionalism. and in our opinion makes a good representative for Foxtons.

An enormous thank you to Charlie Jones and Simon Darvill for all of their support with my flat sale. Simon valued my flat, with a strong knowledge of the market and clearly a lot of experience. Compared to the other agents I had previously dealt with, the Foxtons team were by far the most professional.Both Simon and Charlie were absolutely brilliant in advising me and working with me on the sale. They worked tirelessly on arranging viewings and once an offer had been accepted, constantly remained in contact, reassuring me and keeping me updated.I felt in very safe hands with both Charlie and Simon and would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their home.Thank you both, once again!

I will probably give FOXTON a 0 star if I can. Worse possible estate agents in london. Extremely efficient when they want you to sign the contract after that you end up playing cat and mouse chase with them, no accountability and ownership whatsoever. The tenant that Foxton found us left us £10,000 out of pocket and we had 0 empathy/support from Foxton.Please save yourself and your mental health, they are millions of estate agents who are doing a far better job than Foxton.

I've had a really great experience with Edward Clark, in Residential Development. He managed to get lots of interest from quite a few potential buyers. He kept us informed on updates every step and helped push the transaction to a successful conclusion. Edward went above and beyond, to make sure everything was ready for exchange. He even managed to get above asking price! I would certainly use Edward and Foxtons again.

Great experience from start to finish with Will in the built to rent team at Foxtons! Contacted us, listened to our needs and budget and then virtually showed me around a new build which was stunning and just what we had requested! Contact with William was seemless and he was always quick to get back to us with any queries we had! Have since moved into the property and are loving the start to our London adventure in this new apartment complex in Greenford! Thanks William and Foxtons and all the best for the future!

Had a great experience renting a flat from Foxtons over the last year. My property manager Poppy Anemogiannis was always incredibly helpful, answering any questions I had at the start of the tenancy, promptly handling any maintenance requests that came up, and helping me a tonne when I was moving out. Everything just always went smoothly and I never had to worry about getting help when I needed it. Would definitely rent with them again and would recommend them to others too.

Venetia, who operates out of the Marylebone Office was, quite simply, brilliant. I'd give her 6 stars if that was possible. She called at least once a week to give us an update - not just on viewings but, once we'd found a buyer, on the progress of the sale. She chased everyone up - solicitors, buyers, seller - to make sure everything progressed smoothly.

My partner and I moved into a property from the Foxtons site and had a few issues prior to signing the contracts, Abbas was incredible, even when his part was done, he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He chased up the landlords when we had issues and stuck stuck with us until the actual move in had happened. He’s been amazing!

As a past tenant, I found them very difficult to work with. Very poor communication and correspondence when I attempted to contact them on email or phone regarding urgent issues with our tenancy. They accused myself and my housemates of not paying a months rent and subsequently threatened our reference - they inevitably “found” the missing rent months later in another account and failed to apologise and just acknowledged it by leaving a voicemail. This caused us endless stress and anxiety as they requested for another payment 18 times on emails. This resulted in us reallocating our contract to another group to leave the property. Glad to hear our landlord has also ended their contract with them and I will make sure to avoid them in the future.

GoogleAlthough our property search was not easy by any means, Pritam and her team at foxtons made sure we had a nice place to stay. Our initial property was cancelled a couple days before the move in date and left us couch surfing for 2 weeks. The situation was not the fault of foxtons, but a spanner in the works which Pritam helped us fix swiftly.

Throughout the viewing Mia was brilliant, very approachable for all my questions and great advice with the current market.

My experience with Foxtons as a tenant has been overwhelmingly negative. Upon renting an apartment a year ago, I was assured by the Foxtons agent that the under-repair property would be like new at move-in. Instead, I faced numerous issues: faulty appliances, electrical problems, missing fixtures, and no blinds/curtains. The letting team's solution was to list problems online and wait, while the management team seemed incapable of handling the extensive repairs needed. They also showed a lack of consideration for my family and pet, misinterpreting my request to be present during repairs as an obstruction.The maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored, and the contractors' work was subpar. It required many days off work and council intervention to make headway. A forced rent waiver was imposed without agreement, and subsequent complaints were ignored. Every repair required exhaustive follow-ups, with agents excusing their inaction by citing the number of properties they manage.Even simple issues like a light switch causing electricity tripping remained unresolved after several contractor visits and weeks of effort. Overall, Foxtons may suit some landlords, but I strongly advise tenants to steer clear.

Been using Foxtons to property manage my flat for around 15 years. Although not the cheapest, they have always been really responsive on issues, have found excellent tenants and have managed the property well. Their communication is clear and prompt, the web-portal easy to use. Tanya Braco has been my contact for the last couple of years and she is always really helpful.

Update: November 2023: I have finally moved out of my foxtons managed property and I couldn’t be happier. 3 years of maintenance not done and shocking comms. Having since met and discussed with the landlord he too was at a loss for what he was paying for. He hardly ever heard of any of the issues. Dont waste your money landlords Whilst I cannot fault Foxtons for their letting negotiation, that’s pretty much where it ends. As tenants we have had issues with foxtons property management since day one. Landlords please note that Foxtons is really good at collecting rent on your behalf, but terrible at engaging with your tenants and managing maintenance in the property. Foxtons have also said they have reached out for more info, but they just asked me the contact details. Still awaiting real feedback

I have just had to serve notice of eviction on three tenants for continous, incessant and serious breaches of the tenancy agreement that Foxtons created and use. Dealing drugs from my property, smoking drugs and tobacco inside my property, other people living at the property, homeless people sleeping in communal areas because they leave the front door open, parties until 3am, police being called for violent fights, unwraped rotten meat thrown in the communal bin area, the list goes on and on. ALL of this has been compained about by other tenants and landords and myself to Foxtons on MANY occasions and NOTHING AT ALL has been done. The excuse is "We've asked them to stop and they haven't so there's nothing more we can do" A total waste of time and money. I would advise ANYONE to steer well clear of them.

GoogleCouldn’t ask for a better service. We were struggling to find a flat to move in, in 2 months we tried many MANY agencies and they all ended up disappearing, forcing us to chase them in order to get info about our pending offers. Finally, we met Faiza from Foxton and I don’t even know how she did it but in one day we had two viewings and we decided to proceed with the second flat. We didn’t need to chase her, she was keeping us constantly informed about all the procedures we had to go through. She literally saved us from an emergency situation where we didn’t know where to go having to leave the old flat. Thank you Faiza, London definitely needs more agents like you !
