Dhirren Kambo was extremely helpful organising the tenancy extension of 11B Hollycroft Ave. Dhirren's detailed advice on the rental price, the dynamics of rental calendar and how to conduct the negotiations were invaluable. A Great Property Manager (Tony Chan)

Tony is simply the best Property Manager we have had. He is very responsive. He excels in providing us updates on our property and if something needs our attention such as a repair then Tony makes sure it is completed professionally and also monitors the cost of the repairs to make sure we get "value for money". Tony is our trusted partner and has earned both our respect and friendship. We cannot speak more highly of Tony. The only Property Manager we ever want is Tony. Thank you. Dedication is the word that describes my experience with Foxtons team in Twickenham.Mr Manu as the Head of the sale group has assured me with good results from the first meeting and sure has delivered in a record time. It took about 6 weeks to exchange.Mr Micheal and Ms Jazz both done a marvelous job in adding value to the whole sale process.Mr Manu has done alot of behind the scenes effort with the buyers and the Solicitors that he personally recommended. Clients not usually aware of this effort. What matters are the results and that has been achieved at the end and everyone was happy.

Find a London flat from abroad

It’s not easy to find a flat in London, especially when you were abroad fortunately I found Amanda and Danielle over the phone and email! Amanda is so nice and patient to explain the key points like break clause, early termination costs, etc. She could exactly understand the difficulties for a foreigner like me on the fund proof, direct debit settings, share code, etc. and always found me the solutions. It’s unbelievable you can reach Amanda on the phone anytime. She is a person you can count on! It’s been a week since we moved in our flat in Bayswater and we really love it!

Irfan has been absolutely brilliant every step of the way

Want to give a shout-out to Irfan Pecaj, who has been a brilliant property manager for us. When we were struggling with kitchen floods from clogged pipework in the mainstack back in September 2021, entirely out of our (or his) control, and the building management company was as neglectful and dismissive as ever, Irfan stood by our side, piled on the pressure and got them to provide specialist support on site. When - one year later - it became apparent the management company had not done their job fixing the structural issues recommended by the draining engineers, and water was bubbling up again, Irfan was once again our strongest ally, getting things fixed, avoiding further floods. Upon check-out from the property earlier this December, Irfan was thorough and efficient in adjusting moving dates, and fixing account balance and deposit release. Thanks again!

Even though the market changed significantly shortly after we put our house up for sale at the start of the year, we are still super chuffed with the outcome Foxtons achieved and would say that's entirely down to all the work Michael and his team put it. Michael Owen and his team ensured that everything proceeded smoothly.Manu Khanna was absolutely amazing. Very dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working. He oversaw everything and handled everything professionally and calmly. He went above and beyond and worked tirelessly with all involved to resolve any issues that came up. For me what made it different is that they recognised that our property was unique in its design and features and therefore achieving a higher sale price was possible. All the other agents failed to recognise this. We would be delighted to work with Foxtons Twickenham again.

I was experiencing numerous changes in Foxton's property manager... and I was lost on who to contact and ask them how is my apartment doing, I speak to the leasing more often due to the rental issues of new tenant.2. Recently the new property manager keep sending me 10 over emails , over small little things about what , needed to do in my apartment, I was " So So lost"and I m so far away... " What can I do " there was NO advice or solution given to me to solve the issues.3... Luckily I manage to call Foxton and there was this guy who pick up the phone and introduce himselfas " Tony Chan"..... he then explained to me clearly his role but will help me out with my apartment issues.4. Tony Chan, had an amazing EQ that is needed to work with the "Oversea" owners, he shows " Concern" and he actually assisted me to handle my apartment issues.....amazing...5. My strong recommendation to Foxton UK is thatthe "APAC team within Foxton is very very crucial to be able to deal with Asian home buyers, giving them good advice when help is needed.6. I actually have the intention to give up Foxton by next year, but because now there is an APAC teamheaded by Tony Chan,I might consider.... because Tony Chan understand how to deal with Asian with very different culturalbackground in order to succeed in the whole spectrum of Asian home owners in UK with Foxton.

Their online portal is also quite good. Foxtons' estate agent Catherine Lunn is a professional with a human touch. During the difficult selling/buying process she would go out of her way to accommodate the buyer's viewing times. The fact that we bought this particular property, of which we had had doubts, is credited solely to her, her reassuring presence, patience, honesty and decency. Catherine Lunn truly saved the day. Tony does an excellent job as for our flat in Marsham Court

Tony does an excellent job as Property Manager of our flat in Marsham Court. He handles all of our enquiries expeditiously and professionally. When there are issues with the flat (such as a water leak into the restaurant below our flat) then Tony addresses them immediately and outlines our options. If we need to buy furniture, then Tony provides links to various suppliers which helped my wife and then communicates to the tenants when they will arrive etc. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Tony. He is simply the best and we rely upon him. Tony is the consummate professional.

I was an applicant to the company for a HR role, for context I worked at a previous real estate company and myself, a fellow white male employee and a female employee following a (sensitive) religion all applied for roles within the company- they applied as negotiators. What bothers me is myself and the male employee didnt get the jobs despite having worked in the real estate sector longer than said female employee. We were both told we didnt get the job, however when requesting feedback from the hiring managers (I followed up twice to gain the useful constructive criticism) we never received it. I strongly feel there was a level of discrimination in the hiring process of myself and my ex white male colleague as were did not fit a diversity quota for the company. Considering, the female colleague was in their 2nd week of training at the company we all worked for yet was hired due to their "experience" yet we were not for our lack of "experience."

As with most sales there are inevitably tricky discussions and situations that crop up and we felt that Visar’s ability to maintain an extremely calm and positive demeanour throughout enabled us to proceed with the sale. Tony is a very good property manager

I’m writing this note in appreciation for Tony Chan’s great job managing an apartment I resided in London for around 10 months. Tony is polite, responsive and is always there and ready to give prompt and helpful assistance. As far as Property Managers go, Tony has by far been the best I’ve dealt with. He has a very positive attitude and is very willing to solve issues in a timely manner. He is capable and caring. His good communication skills has made the latter part of my leasing period much easier. Thank you, Tony!As to why I give 4 but not 5 stars, it is because of the poor management of Foxtons at the commencement of the tenancy. The company has simply failed to bother to take care of the pre-tenancy issues. The deduction is not related to Tony’s overall good performance.

Absolute mess of a company

Absolute mess of a company. Renting with them has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. There is zero internal communication - my partner and I have spoken to about 67 members as they can’t just assign one or two people to our rent process. They clearly do not keep notes or update the system for everyone to be aware of what’s going on and they harass and threaten their clients when agreements have been made with other colleagues. As a former estate agent administrator, I’m not sure how they still have business as they haven’t done one thing right with us.
