GoogleScrolling down I notice a lot of reviews about Rav but for the property we are purchasing, I was allocated Ryan. Upon first impressions, Ryan is very professional not only on how he presents himself but also on how he conducts business. He was prepared with facts about the property we viewed. For questions he didn't know the answer to, he openly said he didn't know. He reassured us that he'll find out the answer, in which he didn't fail to follow up on. He provided regular updates and goes the extra mile. We wish him all the best.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI worked with Rav from the Hackney agency and out of all of the estate agents I have been talking to he is most informed and responsive. He was able to quickly grasp what I was looking for, very knowledgeable about the areas around Hackney, knew the process inside and out (helpful for a first time buyer), and never took more than an hour to respond to any inquiry no matter what day or time. Would highly recommend using him if looking to buy within the areaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have to say in all honesty that Ryan Austin Davis at Foxtons Hackney was highly personable and professional from the get-go with my looking into a help-to-buy option for my first flat and followed up and encouraged me when I was a bit overawed by the whole enterprise. It seemed a lot to deal with and Ryan made it doable and made things happen for me when I might not have followed through. Great work. Thanks.

GoogleRav is an excellent and supportive agent who identified quickly the type of properties we are interested in and also gave us ideas of how we could reconfigure these properties. Rav was also very accommodating to our requests to reschedule and re-book viewings at short notice - thank you again! We also really appreciated and are grateful for Rav's knowledge and guidance on the areas we were looking to buy our new home as this gave us the confidence to identify and focus on the area which is right for us - when we had a very large initial search area! Overall great to work with Rav and would highly recommend his support.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMartina was truly fantastic. She knows the local area personally and so was able to add a far more personal touch than anyone else we've dealt with in London (of which there have been many!). Martina in fact, in such an outstanding agent that it is worth dealing with Foxtons Hackney if only to have the ease of experience which Martina will provide. We would definitely recommend this agency, and Martina in particular. You will be well looked after - and also unusually able to do multiple viewings on one evening, rather than wasting time throughout the week.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMartina was extremely kind to show us multiple flats in the area of Dalston, providing us with a range of flats available within our budget and requirements. We were very thankful she was able to show us a variety of flats in one evening, as this gave us more choice and saved time going from viewing to viewing. Would definitely recommend the experience with Foxtons and particularly with Martina, with her professionalism and good knowledge of the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRav is the most professional, responsive, helpful and caring sales negotiator I ever had to deal with, and I can count a few. He and James worked tirelessly to complete our purchase whilst in the middle of a pandemic, with all the cladding headaches and if that was not enough, also with Hackney council unable to provide searches to our solicitors. It was thanks to Rav and James that we could purchase our new property. They were active on all fronts, always ready to pick up the phone to discuss anything and always polite and helpful. We are extremely thankful to them for the quality of service shown throughout. Foxtons Hackney is very lucky to have them in their team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleTim was our first hand choice when putting our property on the lettings market and he has consistently overdelivered on our expectations. The property was let significantly quicker than expected and to a high quality tenant. We felt very comfortable during the whole process and by using the managed service we also feel confident our property is being taken care of in the best possible way. Would highly recommend Tim and his team!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience searching for a flat with Foxtons Hackney. Kayla went well out of her way to find us comfortable and charming rental options. In such a competitive market, it was outstanding to receive such high quality personal service from Kayla. GoogleExcellent service. The team from start to finish were exactly what you expect, want and need when you are looking to move. It is a stressful time for anyone Having Niamh from Foxton's overseeing the process was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Niamh's service for anyone who is looking to move during this difficult period. Having a friendly point of contact along with someone to action our requests swiftly made it significantly easier. Thank you and the team!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFoxtons Hackney have been a great partner in helping me and my daughter understand the local property market, and find and view suitable properties. Hamish Temple was a wonderful advert for the firm and its services: knowledgeable, polite, hardworking, fixing viewings promptly including at the weekends. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property in Hackney.

GoogleJake Boateng was brilliant when I was looking to buy a flat. He was really professional and friendly, great at answering/returning my calls, and took me to view a large number of flats in one go (all of which matched my search criteria so I felt like it was a really effective use of my time). I would definitely recommend him to friends looking to buy!

GoogleI have recently started a buying process. Although this being currently delayed due to personal circumstances Kayla has been of a great help from start, highly professional, accommodating with viewings and providing useful advices with all the other things we do not think about at first (mortgage, solicitors..). I believe to be in good hands and Kayla will be the first and probably only person I contact once resuming my search. Thank you for your trusted work and ongoing follow up. You're doing amazing here. All the best.

GoogleJake Boateng was a superb realtor. He showed us around a flat which although didn’t fit quite what we wanted, actually had a lot of promise. He was sharp and most importantly, honest. Because of this we ended up putting in an offer on the property. I would highly recommend viewings with Jake.

GoogleQuick one about Rav, what a guy!!! Was professional, helpful, supportive, but not too pushy from the start. Where there were a lot of moving parts communication from him was great, and I know he worked hard behind the scenes to make sure I didn't have to stress. I felt as though Rav was helping me buy the flat I wanted, rather than sell me whatever was on the market and can thoroughly recommend him!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe sale of our flat was a bit protracted, but the process was made easier with Rav at the helm. We received regular updates and were given professional guidance at all stages. Selling a property is always traumatic, but thanks to Rav for making the journey made less bumpy. A big thank you to him for being a caring estate agent. Well done Foxtons!

GoogleFoxtons has been great during our search of a new home, especially Rav who is fantastic. He's very personable, listens to what we are looking for and never tries to push properties on us. Having dealt with quite a few places over the last couple of months it really has shown us what an impact working with an experienced and knowledgeable agent can have.

GoogleRav has been a great consultant in helping us with our property search. He's given sound advice and presents potential properties in a clear and understandable manner in presenting the pros and cons of each.. ! It's been great working with him on trying to find the right new home.. hopefully there'll be one soon that fits our price range and delivers on all our picky needs!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
