Foxtons London reviews

Charles Ball and Greg Nickson were both absolutely fantastic. We had a buyer drop out at a late stage and they had it re-listed and under offer again almost immediately. I found them very responsive and open to all manner of queries. The volume of viewings we had was also very good and we received regular feedback from those viewings. Would highly recommend them both. I think the higher fee is warranted for the service they provide.

Nashe was fantastic to work with during our property search. Although we ultimately decided to go with a different property, she was incredibly proactive throughout the process, sharing options and taking the initiative to suggest places that aligned with what we were looking for. She was also genuinely kind and easy to deal with, and really seemed to understand our situation and what we wanted in a home. We really appreciated the time and effort she put into helping us.

Charles Ball was fantastic to work with. He was flexible, organised, communicative and extremely attentive, listening to all of our needs and ideals for a property during viewings and suggesting other properties that matched our practical and aesthetic criteria post-viewings. I was surprised at the level of detail he was able to capture just from small comments we'd make during viewings. He helped us refine what we were looking for, even highlighting criteria we had that we weren't aware of ourselves! I highly recommend contacting Charles to support on any property search.

Just writing this to thank Charles Ball from the sales team, who has been AMAZING - hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. Charles helped me find and purchase my first home and I’m so grateful for his hard work and attention to detail. When I started my search he went above and beyond to find me properties which suited my requirements and to fit viewings in around my busy schedule. He was friendly, professional, and took on board all of my preferences and feedback. He gave great advice and never messed me around. After we found the flat he helped guide me through the process and stayed in touch the whole time with updates. Despite the fact that I was looking at the lower end of the price range (for London!) it really felt like a first class service. Highly recommend choosing Charles as your agent if you want someone honest, helpful and efficient. Very happy with my experience.

Foxtons always get it sorted! Having brought through Foxtons, we sold through them also. Charles Ball was great from start to finish! Worked very hard to ensure the value of the home was in everyone’s best interests on all sides of the sale. Always available - even on WhatsApp!! Thank you Charles, really appreciated!

We had a superb experience with Jake, from viewings to getting our keys! The properties he showed were the best of our search. He was charismatic, professional, and extremely helpful to us as new renters. After choosing our flat, we needed to move in very quickly, and had some complexities with our housing arrangement. Jake was incredibly responsive to our many questions and quick to make all necessary arrangements, getting us moved in within a week of when we viewed the flat. He is a top-notch agent and we cannot recommend him enough!

Nashe has been an absolute dream to work with - so personable and helpful. She knew exactly what we wanted and she delivered and even offered up other places that we hadn't seen online. Also love the Foxtons portal - it's made signing and splitting the deposit very easy.

I purchased my first property with Foxtons and the service was excellent. Jake Boateng was my sales negotiator and showed me several properties, he understood what I was looking for and also showed me some properties outside of my initial search area so I was able to see what was out there - a good thing too as I went for one just beyond the borders of where I was originally looking and it was ideal!! Jake was great at understanding my budget and offered advice when it came to making the offer given I didn't have much headroom to negotiate and I really wanted the property. Following the acceptance of the offer, Jake then also made himself available to show my parents around the property when they were visiting from Wales and they also commented on how friendly and personable Jake was. Jake subsequently moved into the lettings team while my property was going through the motions with the solicitors and I was handed over to the Shoreditch office (Billy - who was also fab at pushing completion along!), but even with the change in role Jake still checked in and wanted to see the process through with me which was really nice on a personal level. Overall, I would highly recommend ! :)

Greg Nickson was brilliant at handling our sale and Charles got the deal over the line. Thank you both. The upside of the huge client-base at Foxtons comes with a downside that there are a lot of different agents working on the property with mixed levels of communication which can be a little anxiety-inducing when you are trying to get a sale done. We got there in the end though so thanks to the team.

This Foxtons is fantastic! My friend and I were looking for flats for a while on our own when we decided to get help from an agency. One of the estate agents, Jake Boateng, was extremely helpful, kind and obviously knowledgeable about the area. Just after meeting with him, he immediately thought of two properties that suited our needs and we went on a tour of them that day. Long story short, the first flat we visited was perfect and we’re in the process of moving in! The whole process was super easy and both Jake and Foxtons made it incredibly simple for us. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a property in the hackney area. Thanks again Jake!

Michael Rogers is a rock-star of Foxtons! He helped us get our rental house and was very attentive to our requests; very considerate and meticulous when explaining all the steps in the process of rental. Besides, he is very responsive (even during weekends!) which shows he really cares!
