GoogleAdam Rharib is your dream estate agent when looking for a property. He managed to show me exactly what I was looking for even in a crazy rental market. Always willing to go above and beyond to find you the perfect property! He’s the first person I’ll be coming back to when I’m next looking for a new home.

GoogleThey require a lot and a lot and a lot of paperwork. Their appointments are fake. They do not respect anyone. Their only concern is to take money from you and then say goodbye to you. Every day they lie and do not answer the phone. It was the worst experience of my life. Other than that, their apartments are very expensive.

GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our flat through Foxtons Ealing, and we were exceptionally fortunate we had the team of Adam O’Leary, Gary Runnalls, and Tony Ikeji on the team. First and foremost, Tony was incredible at showing the flat to viewers during what was a difficult economic period….always passionate, always persevering, extremely friendly, diligent and motivated. On top of that Tony was an extremely personal chap who genuinely took and interest in our families life and needs. We cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work. Secondly, the Covid era made the sale even more difficult and we have to say a massive thank you to the hard work for Adam for keeping the deal alive and moving. Similar to Tony, Adam was extremely personable and took a genuine interested in our lives and the need to move. Foxtons did what they said they would do, bring viewers in and sell the property, the bonus was the incredible, friendly, and professional team we met and their hard work. I highly recommend Foxtons Ealing if you are considering selling your property.

GoogleI was a solo buyer nervously looking to buy a flat in Ealing, and Bianca at Foxtons was the ultimate guide. She worked with me early in my search process, and the way she put together viewing options really helped me to get a feel of the available stock. It's a shame my ideal property wasn't from Foxtons in the end, but if Bianca hadn't guided me through the area I probably wouldn't have been so decisive. Thank you Foxtons for the 5-star service!

GoogleAfter two years of unsuccessful attempts to sell my flat in Ealing through other real estate agents, I have decided to appoint Foxtons Ealing. It took only a few months for their agents Andy Hoad and Bianca Prozsa to find a buyer and conclude all necessary transfer arrangements. Extremely accurate and professional. I highly recommend them to any prospective sellers.

GoogleIn my opinion a professional estate agency should vet the quality of landlord they advertise for. I have had a terrible time with a sub standard landlord who has left me without a functioning toilet for 9 weeks. Probably even more significant is the gas safety certificate that expired two months ago. I believe this to be illegal. I have contacted Foxtons on four different occasions to ask for help. I have always spoken to polite young people who promise to follow this up and call me back. No one has ever called me back. They clearly wash their hands of any responsibility as soon as the fee has been collected despite having a duty of care to the tenants. I have now raised these issues with the local council and the Health and safety Executive. I will now attempt to contact Foxtons at a more senior level and raise a complaint. Please take my experience into consideration when deciding which estate agency to use.

GoogleProcess was smooth, helpful at all times and quite fast in processes, while being short-staffed because of the quarantine. Assisted by Angat Kamboh, I had updates and clear understanding of the process. He even called me to update me about approval of my offer on a Sunday and send me all paperwork same day, although it was his off day. Much appreciated that. Paperwork process was very easy to follow online. Very good first experience. Thank you Angat

GoogleI was warned about using Foxtons but I thought "how bad can they be?" The answer: Absolute cowboys. I was all ready to sign them up to let my property but I took the time to read the small print of the contract. There was a £420 extra charge that they "neglected" to mention. This was on top of a charge of 11%. Obviously they were hoping I wouldn't read the small print and would only realise the extra charge once the contract was signed and tenants moved in. At best, negligence, at worst, deliberate fraud. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleMy family recently purchased a property from Foxtons Ealing and I can say with confidence that the whole process was brilliant from start to finish. Our Sales Negotiator was Tatiana Xyda and she done an exceptional job and is an asset to Foxtons Ealing. Tatiana was very helpful, polite, skilful at her job, and a good all-round professional. Tatiana was also very good at arranging convenient viewing times, finding out information, and providing constant updates to us. We had a very good experience working with Tatiana Xyda and Foxtons Ealing.

GoogleI recently exchanged on a house sold by Foxtons. Tatiana Xyda was the sales negotiator on this sale. From the start she has been really helpful and professional both with organising viewings, driving me to the property and arranging an additional viewing after the offer had been accepted. It's fair to say that the sale was not straightforward and was quite significantly delayed. Tatiana was really great at trying to get things done - always keeping me informed and chasing up with all the different people. My solicitor also thought she was really helpful too and she really went the extra mile to make sure we have got to this point.

GoogleNice, kind and great service. Thanks to Carlo Crismann for his kindness and inspiring conversation! Many people say that Foxtons is an expensive agency but there are few things to consider and that (I believe) make a worth: - Their agents do their best to get you a good deal. - They don't come to you with "holding deposits" or any sort of payments you may not get back. - They are with you -and only with you- during the viewings. Only a viewing (yours) at a time. You won't meet another 20 people looking to rent the same studio flat... - They take you to the properties, so you're able to see more than one in an evening (and you don't risk to go to the other side of London for later realising that nobody show up). - They have the most reliable, professional and "legal-looking" procedures. She was constantly contacting us for viewings and updates on the properties that matched our criteria, calling and caring all the time. GoogleI recently completed on my first home - I wasn't sure about the property but Tatiana was brilliant helping my partner and I consider our options carefully and helping us during viewings. Tatiana was supportive throughout - some have warned me away from Foxtons as pushy and not customer centric - not what I experienced. I felt I had a friend at the end of the phone who knew everything there was to know about the whole process and was just as excited about our purchase as I was. Would recommend and will use Foxtons when I move again!

GooglePaul Axon was our estate agent when we were looking to buy a property through Foxtons, Ealing Office. Although we did not end up buying a property, as it wasn’t the right time for us, we cannot recommend using Paul Axon enough. He was absolutely courteous, definitely on the ball and supported us through the whole journey. He was always available for any queries and advice and made us feel reassured through the whole experience. Thank you Paul for your help and we will definitely use you again in the future when the time is right.

GoogleI’ve rented with Foxtons for around 12 years, and overall, my experience has been very good. I’d like to mention the great service from my most recent property manager, Jordanna Peter. She was always professional, supportive, and maintained prompt and clear communication. Her attention to detail and quick responses helped make everything run smoothly. Additionally, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Chris Cooper since 2013. Chris always approached everything with a genuine, caring attitude that added a human touch to the viewings he professionally presented as a Letting Agent. I’m grateful for the good service provided by Jordanna, Chris, and the team. Last but not least, I’d like to acknowledge the great support and understanding from Will Pitt, especially during the challenges of Covid. They’ve made my rental experience smooth, and I would recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for reliable and attentive property management.
