Very disappointing experience with Foxtons Ealing. We were initially contacted by Mohammed Hamidi regarding a property we were genuinely interested in renting. After that, we repeatedly tried to contact him by both email and telephone, but received no proper response. We also called the Ealing office several times and spoke directly with Tajammul Hussain. Unfortunately, he was also unable to give us any clear or concrete information, and despite our repeated calls, no other member of the team contacted us to take over the enquiry. At this point, the issue no longer feels like a problem with just one employee, but rather a wider problem with how the branch handles potential tenants. We were ready to proceed with a rental and simply expected basic communication and professional service. It is especially disappointing that neither Mohammed Hamidi nor Tajammul Hussain appeared able to properly deal with such a straightforward enquiry. We have now had to escalate the matter to senior Foxtons management, including Gareth Atkins, Managing Director of Lettings, Fran Giltinan, Managing Director responsible for Lettings Property Management & Customer Experience, and Guy Gittins, CEO of Foxtons Group. Hopefully senior management can explain why it has been so difficult to find even one member of the Ealing lettings team willing to respond properly to a genuine prospective tenant. Based on our experience, the level of communication and customer service from Foxtons Ealing has been extremely disappointing.

Khyber has provided us with excellent customer service. We have recently gone to foxtons in Ealing to find a place to rent and he took the time to show us around various flats. The process of securing the flat we wanted has taken us quite some time but he was committed, understanding and accommodating through and through. He kept up excellent communication between us and the landlord/ developer of the flat for weeks and always went the extra mile. I would hundred percent recommend Khyber as an agent, and we are very grateful for all the services and help he’s provided us with.

Very disappointing experience with Mohammad Hameede at Foxtons. For over a week, we have been trying to proceed with renting a property on Lionel Road. Despite telling him that we are ready to rent immediately, he repeatedly asked questions we had already answered and then stopped responding to messages and calls. We are serious tenants ready to proceed, yet we cannot even start the application process. Extremely poor communication and unprofessional service.

With less than eight days to find a new home before I had to move out, and living over 70 miles away from where I needed to be, the situation was incredibly stressful. My partner and I are currently looking for a property. We recently put an offer on a property with the help of Bianca. Unfortunately we did not manage to secure the property but I have to say it was a very positive experience thanks to Bianca. She was more than willing to offer her knowledge on the property and anything she didn't know, she took the time to find out for us. Bianca has an approachable, kind and helpful attitude and was very accommodating to our timings. I would also like to say that she has been very punctual and respectfully communicative without over doing it which has often not been my experience in the past with estate agents. She is a real asset to Foxtons and the best person we've dealt with so far in this endeavour to buy a property. After I emailed the company showing interest in properties I received a consultation call where I was asked questions to narrow down the field and got offered a few properties to look at later that week. Jessica was the agent I was assigned and definitely hit the jackpot she was very kind, polite and professional and had amazing knowledge regarding the properties we were viewing. After a few sessions, 3 viewings of the same property and a lot of patience from Jessica, eventually I made the decision and I put in my offer. In August 2023 I put my Ealing town house on the market with four estate agencies including Foxtons. Over the next three months (when mortgage rates were very high) there were 52 viewings, 31 of which came via Foxtons alone. Their introductions brought about an offer which I accepted and resulted in contracts being smoothly exchanged after only nine weeks despite the Christmas break during which our solicitors had closed their offices. Throughout the whole process I was very impressed with all of the staff at Foxtons Ealing office who conducted themselves in a very professional manner, especially Miriame and Andy who maintained close communication with me throughout.
