GoogleWe recently bought a leasehold in Brentford. The support was always good and professional. What really impressed me was the on-going support of Tatiana Xyda, who helped a lot to speed things up - we might have stepped out half way without her explanations and support. Beyond her role she always was helpfully supporting communication between us and the seller, so that finally we ended up in our great new home.

We ended up getting a house with another branch, but Rebecca always had a perfect property to show us. She never tried to hard sell properties that didn't fit our criteria. She honestly has such a lovely personality as well. Such a lovely person, and very professional.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAm very happy with the service provided by an agent Carlo Crismann at Foxtons ealing branch. He spent very good quality time with us in discussing our basic criteria in searching a house and showed us 5-6 properties within 24 hrs and explaining the local market, prices, trends and trying to fit in the budget. Good Job Carlo. Thanks a lot for your patience and excellent service.

GoogleThey are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Steer clear of them. They will lie to you and say anything in order to get you to sign an agreement. I was lied to about the property being unfurnished and many other things. The whole experience has been one i would rather forget. On top of this, they charge a lot for their awful service.
