GoogleI have dealt extensively with Andy Hoad at Foxtons and he provides amazing customer service. He has sold two properties for me and his attention to detail is second to none. He always returns calls and tries to help manage resources within Foxtons, look forward to dealing with him and Foxtons again!

GoogleThe company itself are ok, we had a great experience for two years with the one in Shepherd‘s Bush. Unfortunately the current flat had some basement items to be removed alongside an oven which door had to be replaced. One month in the flat both are yet outstanding to be fixed. The landlord seems to be great but the property Manager Filipe Carlos lets him down. Very slow with anything, the basement items are supposed to be removed and taken out the deposit of the previous tenants, to which the landlord has agreed, but Filipe waits until the previous tenants are getting back to him - as if this would ever happen. He suggested that the oven isn’t needed as we have a hob and microwave - WTF? So be sure you don’t get him - his boss is yet to get back to us as well with any update. Very slow and incapable office

GoogleMy flat had been struggling to sell until I transferred to Foxtons. They got me my sale after 3 viewings, and supported the sale process from beginning to end. In particular, Adam, the sales manager, was absolutely superb in his efforts. A big thanks to everyone at Foxtons.

Prompt return on phone calls and enquiries and an admirable level of tenacity. Even though Victoria tried very hard to find us a suitable flat, we wanted to review our options a bit further out of London. She is a great salesperson and an excellent judge of what you would want to see in a property. I was not disappointed by any of the viewings. Even though we decided not to make an offer, I would still give Foxtons and Victoria my highest recommendation.

GoogleAndy Hoad at Foxtons acted for the seller of the house we recently purchased in Pitshanger Village. From initial viewings (Andy must have shown the property to us about 10 times to see the property, take measurements, etc etc); to initial and final negotiations, Andy acted with the utmost professionalism, and helped us overcome some meaningful hurdles along the way. Andy's geographical, market, and even legal knowledge is second to none and separates him from 99% of the estate agents out there. In fact, the only reason why we ended up pursuing this property in this area is because Andy knew to recommend it to us, despite us not having any experience of the area. I would not hesitate to instruct Andy and Foxtons Ealing to act on our behalf in the future.

GoogleFoxton's Ealing property management team has one brain cell and it bounces around depending on the situation. Literally one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Slow, unprofessional, don't do anything and expect you to do just do their job for them. I might as well be on Foxton's payroll at this stage. Not recommended. Avoid at all costs!

Googleit has taken 3 months to get a bathroom repaired and is still not fixed! They charge high cost for rent and leave you completely in the lurch

GoogleHighly recommend this estate agent! Rooheen from the lettings team provided an incredible service from start to finish. We are currently renting with Foxtons and have no issues.
