GoogleOne of the worst estate agents Iβve ever dealt with in my 10 years in London. They promised you with a lot of things before you move in and once you move in and pay and sign they will never do what they promised. My advice if you want to rent from this Sh&ty agent to record video of the person dealing with you. Rental manger (Andrew)ππ

GoogleCan not be more disappointed than renting a flat from Foxtons Chiswick! They will be very kind and sneaky, will do everything while they will show you around the property that they have available for rent,Β they will ask for feedback on how they are doing, if is there anything they can do to find us what we are looking for, they will tell you that everything will be done as agreed in the contract, and once they will have your deposit and the 1st-month rent they will forget about you and never will replay to your emails andΒ never will pick up the phone calls... So since they asked for the feedback I will write here everything that they need to work on, especially to work on the agent's behaviour... At the outset, I gave a long list of things that needed to be fixed. Here to start: kitchen flooring to be fixed and the tail to be replaced (as it has been missing even before the old tenants moved in, most probably they also asked for it to be fixed but never has been done), the bedroom doors are not closing so I can't call it as a bedroom since I'm not able to close it, the radiator isn't working since previous tenants used to live here, and you can imagine how cold can be in a room which the heating isn't working, mould persists everywhere and the lady named Harriet assured us that all these things are a job to be done in a max 3 days, including whole flat to be repainted - to get to a move-in date to understand that all that she had said was a lie. The keys are not done all the sets as needed to be done, and the agent Harriet is ignoring me and not replying to my emails. It is almost a month since we moved into a property managed by Foxtons and I'm still waiting for any of all these issues to be resolved and most probably the contract will end and they will not do anything, because all what they care about is MONEY and nothing else. The property manager seems to be very busy all the time as she is never available to answer my phone calls/emails. Supposed to be fully managed by Foxtons but apparently, we are fully lied to by Foxtons! I feel sorry to say all these things but as they behave so with me I with behave the same way... I'm not paying for things to be fixed by me, I'm paying for allegedly fully managed. Totally disappointed with the service provided by this Agency and also the agents there are very rude and If they see that you are not an English resident - they will destroy you totally and will treat you poorly. I do not recommend this agency to anyone and not wishing to anybody such an experience like I'm having now.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIt was a struggle to get our house sold but we always felt the staff at Foxtens were supportive in every way. In the early stages Chan, Harvey, Andy and Gary brought prospective buyers round for viewings and they were always friendly.They understood the stress both my daughter and I were under specially as I had had a couple of cataracts ops during the Summer and I was having blood pressure problems and my daughter is diabetic and has an underactive thyroid so at times her sugar levels were erratic. In the latter stages when we encountered problems with the seller here in Lincoln Tom Wright, the manager at the Chiswick branch, took control and liaised with the agent here in Lincoln on a regular basis and with our solicitor to ensure everyone was kept up to date Our emails and calls were always answered promptly. Tom seemed to do the chasing around all the houses to ensure we got to the point of exchange as soon as possible.

The valuation and actual sales price were spot on; the process to get our flat up on the Foxtons website and obtain the first offer was quick and painless. We had a lot of viewings in the first 2 weeks, also thanks to Chris and his team lining up likely prospects up front, and were always informed in time before a viewing as well as told about the status and feedback afterwards. Chris negotiated the advertised price for our property which was appreciated. First class service ; I can only recommend this team.

GoogleWe were a little reluctant to sell with Foxtons as other estate agents offered lower rates, but after trying a few other agents first we wish weβd chosen to sell with them from the start. The service was a different level with Foxtons - their sales team were engaged, friendly, helpful and always available. Chris Howard provided an excellent service, paying attention to detail and always keeping us updated with any progress made. Joanna and Chan were also superb. We had tons of viewings in a difficult sales climate, they negotiated a fair offer and managed the process through to exchange of contracts with total professionalism. Top quality service and definitely worth the slightly higher fees.

GoogleCarlo Crismann was our letting agent and we had a GREAT experience with him. He listened to what was important to us and took his time to show us various places. The more we saw the better the places aligned to our needs (without us even fully realizing what they were) as he understood what we were looking for by seeing our responses in each place. Carlo is both professional and personable and we'd highly recommend working with him and would again in the future!
