GoogleZoë Ward was a pleasure to liaise with, she aligned my strong, ready to go buyer position beautifully with a keen to sell vendor and sped the sale through, keeping everyone informed on status and nudging wherever necessary without overdoing it. My amazing solicitor had only excellent things to say about Zoë and I would agree.

GoogleJoseph is hands down the best estate agent I have dealt with...and this is coming from a person who used to be an estate agent! Everyone knows how hectic the rental market is and I cannot begin to say how smooth finding our dream apartment was - it almost felt too good to be true. Genuinely cannot thank Joseph enough for the time and effort he put in to helping 3 very needy tenants! He knew what we wanted and he got us what we wanted in such a short space of time - thank you so so much. Anyone who is looking to rent in the Chiswick area, if you end up with Joseph as your agent, you're incredibly lucky!

GoogleJoseph found me the perfect flat. Since I was moving to London out of country I was worried I wouldn't find a place that suited my needs. However, Joseph took the time to find out what was important to me, what style I was looking for and what amenities nearby were priorities. He was in constant communication with me and was 100% honest with what he was showing me. Any time I had a question, he was there to answer it and made me feel confident about the move. Moving in general is stressful and having Joseph help took a lot of the stress out of it. I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone.

GoogleRecently sold and bought with Foxtons Chiswick. Adam O'Leary endlessly helpful and approachable, especially with managing solicitors at both ends of the chain. He managed to keep the seller on side after our initial buyer withdrew following uncertainties resulting from changing government regulations, and still made the sale despite changing market conditions. His colleague Ryan Carter Thompson also helpful with practicalities such as arranging evaluation visit and EPC etc - clear and regular communications. Thanks to Foxtons we are now settling into our new home!

GoogleEven though I will not rent with Foxtons this year, Rumi is an agent that is worth mentioning, and an agent that I would like to see in any branch or agency. Rumi is one of the most efficient agents I've ever seen. Always replying instantly to any voicemails, e-mails, also sending over videos and information, within minutes, knowing all the details to every single property. She tries to work ways around to make things potentially work, and personally, I really appreciate a problem-solving oriented person such as Rumi. Without any doubt a really valuable asset to Foxtons. A 5 star agent, without a single question.

GoogleI contacted Foxtons looking for a place to live ASAP. Joseph was super attentive and listened to all the details for what we needed. He waited so patiently while we toured a flat for almost an hour, but I think he sensed we needed something different. That same day, Joseph told us about a property that we thought would be perfect. It absolutely was! Paperwork and communication went smoothly. Everything was signed and done by the end of that same week. I can not thank you enough for all your help. This has been a wonderful experience. We are so happy to be living where we are now.

He was also very reliable, friendly and would respond to my query promptly. Asha Msabaa was also great. She kept me informed throughout the process. She was friendly, on top of things and always available to answer my questions.

GoogleJoseph is an absolute legend! He provided us with many options for rental properties, he was always positive and happy to assist us, and really put us at ease with navigating the tricky london rental market. Couldn’t recommend him & foxtons enough as they truly are dedicated in helping you find your home. A home that will suit your needs and budget not to mention! Couldn’t ask for anything better honestly! Outstanding experience.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Rumi Lepticheva at the Foxtons Chiswick branch. She was warm and friendly greeting me as I entered and seamlessly addressed my queries. She also gave me all the necessary information to make an informed decision on the flat I was seeking. Once I agreed to make the offer, she supported me in completing all the paperwork and payment required. Once I left, she was in quick communication with the landlord and reverted swiftly. Even when changes needed to be made to the dates I had requested, she approached me with a suitable solution that facilitated my easy decision to accept. Each time I contact her with any queries, she is quick to respond, including outside office hours. She is knowledgeable, reliable, solution-oriented and professional in the way that she delivers her work. It is a pleasure to continue to engage with her.
