Foxtons London reviews

We recently sold our flat with Foxtons. Previous to instructing them we had marketed the property with another agent for 6 months with zero offers. With the help of Adam (Branch Manager) we repositioned the property on the market and received a number of offers almost immediately. We had a great experience with Dominic who came to see the property before it being listed and was the one who landed us the offer which we accepted and completed on. Dominic was always at hand to help with queries on both sides all the way through to completion. Overall Foxtons Chiswick were professional, very knowledgeable and always available at the end of the phone. Thank you for all your help Dominic and Adam!

Elise at Foxton's Chiswick was great. Really helpful, super responsive. Everything we could have asked for in finding a rental property. A far better experience than we had with the Ealing branch.

I had highly positive experience with Foxtons (Chiswick office). Very professional. Lettings negotiator Gabby helped me to find excellent appartment. It matched 99% of my very specific search critetia for the budget. And importantly, it was found rather quickly given current situation on rental market. Gabby went above and beyond to find great matching property, having ensured the whole process from day one to move in date go very smoothly. Highly recommend Foxtons and especially lettings negotiator Gabby in Foxtons Chiswick. Very grateful.

Buying or selling a property is rarely an easy process, especially in the current market. However, if you want to ensure that you give yourself the best possible chance, then we highly recommend that you retain Adam O'Leary, and Dominic Best of Foxtons, Chiswick. Adam and Dominic marketed and sold our house, (this year) within three months of acceptance of an offer. Adam and Dominic were utterly professional, refreshingly respectful of both us and the buyer and their objective was always to reach completion. Their professionalism ensured that the objective was never lost but the process was handled with civility and we valued their guidance when we encountered contentious points. Adam and Dominic also had a strong grasp of the local and national property market which at times was fast moving. We always felt valued as clients with our calls returned in good time and their use of WhatsApp to update us or provide information was excellent. Adam and Dominic were also able to guide us as to certain services to ensure we presented our house in the best possible way by introducing us to Ćharles Okwuosa who heads up Foxtons’ concierge service. Again, Charles was extremely impressive, polite, responsive and once he understood our needs, able to recommend all variety of service providers, including decorators and staging professionals. Foxtons also provides a choice of Conveyancing solicitors for you to consider. We chose a solicitor from the firms recommended and this was of enormous benefit as both Foxtons and the solicitors respected and appreciated each other which ensured a united approach in representing our interests, resulting in an efficient and focused legal process. We recommend Adam, Dominic and Charles individually but we also recommend Foxtons for the quality of its staff and its clear desire to provide a full service to its clients which has clearly been thought through and the result of which is excellence.

I’d consider myself a very demanding client with a long list of non-negotiables, endless questions, and a very tight budget, yet nothing ever fazed Andrew Adam from the Foxtons Chiswick office. … More

Zoë Ward was a pleasure to liaise with, she aligned my strong, ready to go buyer position beautifully with a keen to sell vendor and sped the sale through, keeping everyone informed on status and nudging wherever necessary without overdoing it. My amazing solicitor had only excellent things to say about Zoë and I would agree.

Joseph is hands down the best estate agent I have dealt with...and this is coming from a person who used to be an estate agent! Everyone knows how hectic the rental market is and I cannot begin to say how smooth finding our dream apartment was - it almost felt too good to be true. Genuinely cannot thank Joseph enough for the time and effort he put in to helping 3 very needy tenants! He knew what we wanted and he got us what we wanted in such a short space of time - thank you so so much. Anyone who is looking to rent in the Chiswick area, if you end up with Joseph as your agent, you're incredibly lucky!
