Oh what would we have done without Gabby. We had preciously already tried letting through other agencies and even through private landlords but we felt they weren't fulfilling our individual needs and requirements, however Gabby stuck out to us like a sore thumb. From the moment we listed our property Adam and Dom of Foxtons Chiswick had viewings set up and an offer within 10 days. When that sadly fell apart, within another week we had a second offer - and using the Foxtons' portal was really efficient and useful to check up on progress. The sale ended up being a long and frustrating process due to solicitor challenges. Throughout Adam and Dom were supportive, calm and responsive and worked very hard to deliver the final completion in some very trying circumstances. We really couldn't have done it without them. We are so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A terrible experience with Foxton’s. Despite our endless requests over nearly five months, including a formal letter of complaint, to fix essential problems in the flat, nothing has been resolved. We still have no cold water control on the shower, broken lights and rotten and unsafe decking. It was filthy when we moved in.
