GoogleWe rented a flat through Foxtons Chiswick. Our letting agent Rumi was superb. She immediately understood our needs and in a couple of days was able to find the perfect place for us. Rumi has been very patient and helpful throughout the process, always very friendly, proactive and professional. Thanks to her the whole experience was amazing!

GoogleI have nothing but good things to say about Foxtons Chiswick, especially Lettings Negotiator Lisa Stottlear. She has been amazing from day 1. We were very specific with what we wanted and very fussy but she worked so hard to find exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much bother and she made the whole experience so much easier. It was a pleasure to deal with Lisa and Foxtons.

GoogleMy partner and I recently rented a flat with the support of Gabby Caser. She was very helpful and showed us lots of different places until we found the one! She was very patient and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very supportive throughout the process and she was always easy to reach; would reply to our calls/messages quickly. She also gave us lots of advise and all the information we needed. Would definitely recommend her! Looking for a place in London can be a nightmare and Gabby definitely helped us make it a good experience!

GoogleIt's been more than a year now that Foxtons has not been able to solve our balcony door problem. We spent the winter season with an open balcony door. Their engineers come with temporary solutions and then the door gets broken again and again. We now asked to our council to come and investigate the problem because we are done with Foxtons' arrogant and insufficient attitude. They just care about you until they make you sign the contract. Poor and amateur service.
We are really sorry to hear you have had this issue. Having spoken to our property management department we are aware that somebody is coming to attend this for you soon. Somebody will be in touch with you to confirm this.

GoogleI was very happy with the service that foxtons provided to help me find a rental property in the area. Lisa Stottelaar was very understanding of our requirements and went out of the way to accommodate us during the viewings since we went to look at the properties with our baby girl. I would definitely recommend using fox tons to anyone looking to rent a property.

GoogleRude and unprofessional. Foxtons should put more friendly people at receptions in the branches, and they should audit the calls of their "sales" agents. This isn't the first time I've had bad customer service from this agency but today I received a call from Zayd from the Chiswick office and I understand even more why everyone I know hates Foxtons. He was rude, unprofessional and incredibly pushy... basically lived up to the agency's reputation. Go invest your money elsewhere people, if these agents can't be friendly in the early stages of the sale imagine what it would be like if they managed your property.....

GoogleAppalling service. Wanted a short term let and they lied through their teeth to secure us, were useless throughout when advised of the rampant mice in the property. Then absolutely robbed us at the end by claiming we had asked for things from the landlord which we hadn't, just so they could keep our deposit for the landlord. Took it through the deposit service and even though they found in our favour they still took some money, despite having written evidence of Foxton's lies. They are complete crooks with no concern for your wellbeing. AVOID!
