GoogleI have been dealing with Martyna to rent a property. She is very professional, enthousiastic and has been extremely patient with me! The reception team was also very friendly. I can only recommend Martyna and the Chiswick office.

GoogleFoxtons might be great for house owners but are terrible for the renters. If you like two places, you can stay on the rent, choose the one which is not managed by Foxtons please. I'm chasing them for two months for my deposit and there's no clarity when I'll get the money back.

GoogleThey don't care about tenants's issues at all, they just "seem". If you have an issue in your property, you need to open an issue in your Foxtons account and wait them to answer for ages. They never follow up your issues and you need to call them hundred times and ask the status of your issue billions time. It's been ages we are waiting them to solve our issue in the property and they don't follow up at all. I think the whole service system in the UK is awful, it's not just Foxtons. Avoid them anyways.

GoogleNarean from foxtons was everything you want in a real estate agent : understanding responsive and dynamic. He quickly analysed my needs and provided me with the appropriate propositions for my budget and requirements. Foxtons platform also greatly facilitated the administrative process linked to renting a place. Overall canβt complain and recommend !

GoogleTheir agents are such a liar, they are nice until you sign the contract and once that is done, they would stop answering your calls. My agent was Zaid and I would never recommend him. I was handed over a house with so many damages, and it wasnβt deep cleaned.. even though Zaid promised me to fix everything before we move into the house. Worst agency everβ¦

GoogleWe needed a property quickly and we were very impressed at how efficiently Foxtons Chiswick handled our search. Kathryn did an excellent job. She listened to our needs over the phone and was very thorough with her research of what we wanted. We showed up to our first viewing and were shown three properties, all of which we would happily have rented. Everything has gone as smoothly as you could hope thanks to all the helpful staff at Foxtons Chiswick.

GoogleFoxtons will not reply to your emails or pick up the phone. We have been trying for over 2 months to contact them for a basic and necessary repair. Best to avoid.

Michael often went above and beyond his job: * very flexible in terms of the time - he didn't mind to arrange viewings after 7pm (week days) and Sundays * very knowledgeable and able to provide sounds advice * very honest and trustworthy * able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manners I highly recommend him to any buyers /sellers in London!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about myself and my family's experience with Chan. After years of not having the best experiences with Foxtons, he has just restored our faith in them. He was so efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all had such a pleasant manner about him that going to view properties was more of a pleasure than a pain. My mother and I will never use any other estate agent other than Chan again!!!

GoogleThey are the worst of the worst. Their customer service is absolutely horrific. I let my property with them while I was overseas and had the worst experience. I would highly recommend you stay away from them.

GoogleI bought through Foxtons last year and could not rate Chan at the Chiswick office more highly. The conveyancing process was tricky and time consuming and without Chan holding it all together with a pro-active, diligent and collaborative approach, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen apart. He kept me up to date throughout and was always professional, super helpful and I wouldn't be enjoying my lovely flat now without his help.
