Bradley, Ayoube and Jasmine in the Foxtons South Kensington office are excellent, and I can’t really say enough about how good they are, helping me quickly and efficiently sell my flat in Onslow Gardens. From first meeting to final sale they are all superb. Foxtons live up to their Number 1 billing, and are a highly professional, dedicated, can do operation. Don’t bother with any other agents. GoogleI met with Emanuele from foxtons. He is professional and personable. He was able to quickly determine our needs and was able to identify properties for us to look at. There was very little time wasting. We made an offer and it was accepted. Time from viewing to moving in was 1 week. Very quick. Good job.

GoogleI viewed some rental properties through Foxtons in South Kensington and received a very professional and excellent service. I mostly dealt with Grez, who is one of, if not the nicest lettings agent I have ever met! He is professional, knowledgeable, calm, super friendly and so pro-active in trying to find suitable properties and even making the time to do a last minute and very late viewing. Even though I ended up renting a property through another agent I couldn’t fault the service I received from Grez and Foxtons. Highly recommended.

GoogleChloe at the South Kensington branch has been a breath of fresh air to collaborate with on a recent purchase. I was a buyer in this instance and in a way not really her direct client. But I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and prompt responses to all of my concerns. Chloe always went the extra mile from day 1. She showed a couple of additional properties in the area during my viewing to help put into perspective the value of the properties in the area. I had already done my research and knew what to expect but seeing the conditions first hand was still very helpful. During the process, she went through the paperwork outlining the details of the property to answer important questions I had, even before my solicitors were on the case. Her most important contribution in my view was to suggest a major works rider when I was concerned with unexpected future costs. The seller was also happy with this and moved forward. This relieved some pressure and made sure the exchange and completion went smoothly. Without this step the deal could have fallen through. Thanks for all the help and looking forward to collaborating on future projects!

GoogleTiago was so accomodating throughout the whole process when I was looking for a new home with Foxtons. It was a difficult personal time for me - he took the time to talk things through to properly understand my requirements, went above and beyond to get me an apartment that felt right and was on hand to answer any questions. Everything from the viewing, to the offer and the move in itself went so smoothly because of Tiago's help. I truly felt he prioritised my needs and balanced them with the owner's expectations. I feel very happy, safe and settled in my new home - and that's down to Tiago's warmth, good humour and generosity. Thank you!

GoogleWe bought a house through Foxtons. I think the Agent Ian was what pulled the sale through for us. I really wanted the house but I had a sick child at the time so Ian went above and beyond to keep me, the seller and solicitors all on track and informed of what steps were next etc. Very happy with the house.

GoogleMy lettings agent is Amit Sharma from Foxtons. I have been dealing with him for the past 10 years. He has been marvellous.Amit gets the job done. He has managed to rent some of my flat's in just one day. I have had some really good tenants who had extended the leases and had been a pleasure to deal with. Amit Sharma is the Lettings Manager at Foxtons South Kensington and he is certainly the one to recommend if you have a property to rent in the SW7 area.

GoogleDo not use them! You have been warned. Moved from US to London. Contacted Foxton to assist in locating a property to rent. Took several inquiries to have someone from the local office to contact us. We followed up with the letting agent one week prior to coming to London and asked that they arrange showings the following day we arrive (on Saturday). Upon our arrival that Friday we contacted the agent again and the agent replied that he was unable to arrange any viewings for the next day. That was the last communication that we had. The letting agent never contacted us back.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Wei Hu from Foxtons South Kensington when I secured my flat in Earls Court back in July. I moved in around September, and now, after nearly a month, I feel compelled to leave a review. What stands out the most is Wei’s exceptional after-sales service. He has been incredibly patient and responsive, addressing all the issues and questions we've had as tenants (as you know, the first month always comes with its challenges!). His dedication has made the process much smoother. Highly recommend!

GoogleINCOMPETENT LIARS, A real nightmare. I have been in the unfortunate situation to be a tenant in one of the flats let by FOXTONS South Kensington as the agent. Although the flat was fine, the move in procedure was a complete nightmare due to the rude and really unprofessional treatment I received from Sammy Saaysa and his manager James Hankin. I advise that you avoid being served by these two agents AT ALL COSTS. To summarise my experience, I was initially shown the flat by Sammy Saaysa. The flat was under refurbishment at the time therefore I was hesitant in committing. I made an offer on the next day and received a positive reply from the landlord. As soon as the reply came Sammy pressurised me in sending over a large sum of money to secure it. As the flat was under refurbishment I asked for one or two more days before sending the money to think about it more carefully. James Hankin called me in an extremely rude manner and said that ‘flats like that do not often become available for the given price’ giving me an ultimatum, threatening me that I will not be able to get the flat if I do not make a decision and transfer fees by the end of the day. Due to the fact that I appreciate the high demand, I sympathised with the situation and agreed to pay the full amount plus fees upfront which I did in good time. Having paid (at least a few weeks before the move in date) I was rest assured that everything was in place. That was until I received a phone call from James Hankin 2 days before the arranged move in date asking for additional documents, threatening that I will not be handed the keys of the flat over if these are not provided, even though I paid in full and the contract was signed by both parties. During the phone call James insulted me on several occasions and called me incompetent due to the fact that the documents were not yet received. [I stress here that these documents were not requested earlier on due to the negligence of Sammy Saaysa that left for an annual leave without replying to my emails so as to inform me that these documents were necessary]. Thankfully, I managed to provide the documents in time but I was left feeling very distressed by the actions and lack of professionalism of James Hankin. Following this, I completely lost my trust to the agency and therefore I asked to be present during the check in that was scheduled to happen on a date and time that I could attend. This was changed without my knowledge and I lost my chance to attend, as the check in happened before I was made aware of the change. On my move in date, to my total surprise I found the flat in an appalling state (Digusting toilet - Rotten leftovers-see attached photos). Even though the contract specifically stated (tenancy agreement point 18.12) that the flat was to be professionally cleaned, this was not done, the toilet was left blocked and the old furniture (that the agents agreed to have removed) had not been removed. Note that the landlord has no blame over this as the flat was managed by FOXTONS as well. The experience was very frustrating as the movers already had my items in their van ready to unload in the flat. Finding the flat in this state and having to undergo this experience is completely unacceptable. In addition, the first response from FOXTONS in the morning of the move in, was that a professional cleaning was not agreed upon obviously a lie. After several phone calls the situation was fortunately resolved. After the move in, I informed FOXTONS (Sammy Saaysa specifically) via email about my experience, however they never replied to offer an apology or even explain why the above happened. If you had the patience to read the above, you can appreciate why you have to avoid FOXTONS South Kensington at all costs. Tenant or landlord, I urge you to stay away from FOXTONS.
