Foxtons London reviews

Joe from Foxtons South Kensington has been just amazing! Although I ended up renting a property in another borough the viewings I did with him were a blast! Not only did he give me the lift from property to property on his car but also gave me an insightful look into some of the most memorable buildings of this famous London borough. We spoke about the history of carpets, ghosts and celebrities that live in Chelsea and South Kensington. He is an ambitious and competitive agent so he will definitely scoop that property you are looking for out of another renter’s hands🙌🏻. Thank you Joe!

Impressed with Bradley, James and the sales team who worked hard to sell our property despite a volatile and unsettled market. They showed a good understanding of how to navigate the market and the need to adopt a flexible approach to the selling method in order to get a result.

Joe Hagen was extremely helpful and kind while assisting me on finding my flat - thanks so much! I ended up going for one of the ones he found and showed me on our first viewing.

I had been searching for a house for approximately 3 months and met with numerous real estate agencies both in Chelsea and South Kensington areas. Therefore, I believe I can make the most accurate comparison. Foxtons is already the strongest company in the market, but in addition, Joe was exceptionally dedicated and super fast. For the house I liked, with his speedy and practical assistance in paperwork, he completed the process with efforts well beyond the average and handed me the keys. For his politeness, friendliness, and quick responses to our questions, I thank him! I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to rent a house in the area.

I had a great experience finding a flat with Verity at Foxtons. She is very knowledgable about the area and made the process extremely easy. She went out of her way to answer all my questions and was quite flexible in scheduling viewings for me as I was new to the area and had a tight schedule to work around. It was such a pleasure to work with her and once the application process was initiated she ensured all documents were processed quickly, sending me notes and updates along the way! Couldn't recommend Verity more for helping find a place in South Ken. Thanks again!

Had such a fantastic experience working with Lizzie from the Foxtons team. Lizzie went above and beyond taking me to see multiple properties, listening to our requirements and tailoring our options to exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Foxtons going forward and can’t thank Lizzie enough for her time and support

Very impressed! Foxtons really worked to get the deal over the line. They went way beyond the ‘9to5’ and I got the impression they really cared. I do deal with other London agents and in too many cases they sit back and rely on the ‘old …

My experience at Foxtons was great- Archie was extremely helpful in finding and showing flats that met my specifications, and I was able to finish the entire process in two days due to a strict time restriction. Would definitely recommend both Foxtons and Archie!

We have being searching for a property for nearly two months, it is so important to find the right person to walk by your side on the journey to find the right place. We were allocated Nathaniel to be our property researcher and he was extremely helpful, very patient, client oriented, highly engaged, vip services. We would highly recommend him to anyone whom are looking for the perfect home. Thanks Nathaniel for the time given to us. All the best. Elida and Carmelita.

Never use Foxton again! I had the worst renting experience with them after 13 years of renting. They are a bunch of unprofessional agents who are pushy and very unresponsive. Once I moved in, I found the flat in a miserable situation, full of mould, the flat was in a very unhygienic state, they didn't do professional cleaning. I had to paint bathroom and get bathroom to a human useable state. Regarding the contract, they will not provide any early termination clause in the contract and lock you in. I found the flat was over priced and wanted to exit after first month, but found out that there is no early termination clause. They don't send you a copy of signed contract. They keep the contract on their portal and I have realized the y changed the Early termination clause after my emails regarding that I want to leave before 1-year. Really rubbish agency, will not recommend them at all.

What a pleasure we had working with Natasha Sturgess from the south Kensington office!! Natasha was the most kind and professional agent we worked with thus far, as well as dedicated and determined to find us our perfect flat. Such a lovely and nice welcome to the city, could not recommend her more.

Outstanding service. Sophie is incredible! The property market is currently extremely tough and I’d seen many flats with other agencies. Sophie really stood out from all the estate agents. From the moment we met she made me feel like we were friends. She patiently showed me numerous flats and kept me in mind whenever something new came on the market. From beginning to end I felt understood and taken care of. Could not recommend her highly enough.

Verity (South Ken) and Chris (Chelsea) did a fantastic job! I previously had a terrible experience with Foxtons, including being moved into an uncleaned flat with no response throughout the rental period from the Foxtons property manager. Verity and Chris have turned around my impression of Foxton’s completely with this rental process. Verity went above and beyond to ensure I was shown a large number of flats and tried to understand my specific needs, particularly within my budget. She was extremely patient through a process that took a couple of months and finally found me a great flat that I absolutely love. Chris was kind enough to follow up on my deposit from the previous situation and was highly professional. They were both swift and responsive through the referencing process and Verity followed up to make sure everything was fine even after I moved in. It’s this kind of care to customers that differentiates from other agents. A great set of people to work with, I can safely recommend them!

I had the pleasure of liaising with Joe Hagen. He was extremely helpful with my search for a rental. He went out of his way to book me in and show me a range of properties within my criteria and opened me up to so many other areas which I would not have known if it wasn’t for him. He made it very seamless. Highly recommend Joe!

I would highly recommend the South Kensington branch of Foxtons. Ian and his team are dedicated to help you sell your property and pull out all the stops to get you where you need to be. Communication is flawless and the service is professional and slick. In a world where service from estate agents can be rather mixed, Ian is a definite cut above the rest - and can sometimes pull a miracle out of the bag!

Amit Sharma and his team exclusively let our 9 Apartments in Gloucester Road, South Kensington and have done so for the past 5 years. Amits service is excellent - high quality tenants are always found at market rentals. The support from his office is also excellent. Amit and Foxtons South Kensington are a vital part of the team that ensure this substantial property investment performs.
