I live in the area and was looking to buy there, so decided to try Foxtons SK office, just popped in. There I got introduced to Bruno and had the pleasure of working with him. I got the sense that he genuinely cares about helping people achieve the right outcome. I say this because I would not buy from anyone I don’t feel is on my side and wants to help. Bruno turned out to be amazing in my search. He is calm and someone who has practical advice, he gave me confidence that we would find the right solution. Having someone like that guiding you through what can be a stressful process made all the difference. In a short space of time, Bruno organised everything for me, from recommending trusted third-party professionals to coordinating support from his colleagues. It was clear that he is resourceful and has built strong, lasting relationships with the people around him. Bruno has really left a lasting impression on me, I mean it when I say that Bruno is a real asset to Foxtons.

I honestly can’t recommend Jack Cuthbert enough! As an American student moving to the UK, I couldn’t be there in person to view flats, which was super stressful. But Jack made the whole process feel so easy and comfortable. He set up viewings for everything I wanted to see, sent me incredibly detailed videos, and always gave me honest feedback so I knew he was looking out for my best interest. Because of him, I found the most wonderful flat that I absolutely love, it literally has everything I need (and more!). I have had the worst experience with this agency. I have dealt with them three times and each time was worse than the other. on the first time I gave them a list of requirements for my property search but I could not go view the flats so I asked someone to go on my behalf, they showed them everything except what I asked for and wasted both my time and the person who went to view (Sophie & Hariett). On the second time the agent kept calling me and kept calling my guarantor on multiple instances during work hours, interrupting meetings and could not be dealt with. She wanted me to send an offer and pay the deposit before I even viewed the flat, I needed to take time off to view the flat so to avoid wasting time I asked her to check with the landlord if he would accept my proposed moving date. She refused to contact the landlord blaming it on “protocol” to not bother the landlords unless there’s an offer, meanwhile they bothered me and my guarantor so many times unapologetically. When I told her I could come view the flat, she said it will be gone by then. She even sent me a very disrespectful message blaming me for all of this which she later deleted (Larisa) On the third time, I scheduled a viewing and then one hour before I was told that we couldn’t get access to the properties meanwhile, the agent had two full business days to my arrange access during which he double checked with me twice if I was OK to come to the viewing, but never thought to get access (Jamie). so unprofessional and time wasteful do not deal with them. Agent names were Hariett Kirkwood, Sophie Clogg, Larisa & Jamie Hodge.

They were extremely pushy when I was viewing and kept pressuring me to sign the contract. Once I signed, they became impossible to reach. During the tenancy, it was very hard to get any response. When I moved out, the same thing happened. It has now been almost a month since I left and my deposit is still not returned. I’ve chased multiple times and still can’t get a clear response. You might heard bad things about Foxtons but still think you might be the Lucky one. Well, everything people say is true. Never use them

Last week I used Foxtons in South Kensington in the search of finding a rental apartment in the Chelsea area, and was assisted by estate agent Harriet Kirkwood. Harriet showed me multiple apartments all in one afternoon, varying in price and differing in location, which proved to be an highly insightful experience for me as a first time renter in London. She was also very attentive in the follow-up process in the days after the viewings, which is an especially vital quality to have in an estate agent where making an offer on an apartment even just an hour earlier than others makes all the difference! Would highly recommend Harriet :-)
