Foxtons agents have been a great help in finding my flat as an international person moving to London. Big shout out to Matteo who constantly searched properties that matched my criteria, drove us from property to property, showed all options to compare flats and rentals, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond in customer service that made the moving process easier! Thank you for helping me find my perfect home!

Jack Cuthbert was truly efficient, attentive to our needs, and made the apartment visits a very pleasant experience. Even though we didn’t go all the way through, I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly approach. Highly recommended!

Had a super great experience working with Kristy Kwok! She’s super responsive, really effective, and so responsible. Responding within a minute every time I text her ! Since I’m overseas and couldn’t view the place in person, she went to the property for me, filmed everything, including where to throw the trash and even how to walk to the underground station. Honestly, I’ve never met such a warm-hearted agent before. I usually write reviews when I’m pissed off, but Kristy definitely deserves a big shout-out!

Good Experience with all the team headed by Bradley Deadman. My sale hit a few snags along the way and the team were nothing but professional in getting my sale over the line. Highly Recommended

I went on a couple of viewings with Jack Cuthbert. While I ultimately didn’t find my flat with him he was always very open to my honest views on what I was looking for, what else I had seen the market and what I thought of the properties he showed me. He listened closely and provided many options that he hoped would fit my timeline and needs. He was responsive and professional.

I received outstanding support from Ayoube and Lavinia, such a fantastic team! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we met our deadline, even under tight time pressure. They responded promptly at all hours and guided me through every step of the process. As I’m not from the UK, I found the process especially challenging, but thanks to their patience and guidance, everything went smoothly.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Harriet Kirkwood for her great effort and attentiveness! Harriet is a brilliant estate agent, pleasant and very helpful! She explained everything about the properties we went to view and picked the most suitable properties for our requirements. She’s brilliant! I have been extremely happy with the very professional and friendly service offered by Harriet. Harriet took into account our flat preferences, completed an extensive search and showed us every property! She was very approachable and knowledgeable about the letting market. I will now recommend Harriet as a real estate agent to all my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Natasha was a pleasure to work with. Very sweet, responsive and helpful. I had gone to view a flat with her where the tenant advertised as move in ready and then pulled the plug and asked for a later move in date once offer was accepted. I was extremely disappointed and had to delay my flight back to the states to make sure I could find a new flat before heading back stateside. Natasha to the rescue. By the next day she found me a gorgeous flat in which she had already done her due diligence and made sure everything was squared away with this landlord BEFORE I even viewed the place. Ended up loving it and we had agreement that same day. Honestly for something so stressful, I could not have asked for a better agent. She’s ambitious, kind, tenacious and driven and I consider her a blessing in my apartment search. Thanks for being a life saver and for helping me through this to ensure I got the perfect flat after all. 🫶🏾

We have been dealing with Foxtons for several years, mainly Michael Schult. All rental arrangements have gone smoothly. Most importantly Michael has always been available to deal with any queries and concerns.

Do not use this agency especially Michael Schultz who's the Manager. Had the worst experience with him. I'd suggest any other agent - you'll be better off.

I would like to send a shout out and a huge thank you to Joe Hagen at Foxtons South Kensington. Despite me being a super stubborn customer, his service, determination, patience and kindness was phenomenal. He never faltered and did not give up until the last moment. Even though I did not end up signing with Foxtons, I would go back for sure the next time I'm in the market. Thank you so much Joe! I wish you the most amazing success. Always stay as kind and determined as you are! It's a rare find in the market today.

We have recently been approved to move in our new apartment with my wife and we can thank Igor Griskin, the Letting Agent who has from the very first day contacted me when I have sent an email from an add on another unit spotted on Zoopla. Igor was very responsive and helpful and after introducing 3 units on the day of the inspection for the one I was interested but none I liked, he called me the next morning to say he has another one which does correspond to my criteria and it did. Igor and his colleague Khadra have then been super helpful with the paper work and everything we had to provide to get approved and within 24 hours we were!! So great team and me who is also in the property game, can only praise Igor for his high sense of dedicated services!! A true professional I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!! He is your Man!

There was a time when Foxtons' reputation in the market carried with it a flavour of new money and shiny suits. In some ways they were looked down upon by the older firms so beloved of the Establishment. Well, I look back on my experience with this office in three recent property searches in SW3 - two short-term rentals and the purchase of an apartment - and I think to myself to hell with the Establishment names. The team at Foxtons consistently demonstrated deeper client connections, greater tenacity and patience, more effective negotiating skills and a fundamentally better understanding of market dynamics and human motivations than the overwhelming majority of their competitors. I take my hat off to them.

She didn’t stop till I finally found the right place so thank you so much Harriet. Was a pleasure working with you.
