Had a really great experience with Ellie Bowers at Foxtons, we gave her a really short time frame to find a rental property and she produced some really good results. Despite not ending up moving into one of the properties we were shown I couldn't recommend Ellie or Foxtons enough as she was very professional, did a great job and helped us greatly with our search, thank you!

While we ended up renting a home in a different neighborhood, my wife and I wanted to make sure to share a positive review with this agency, *especially* with Reem Ayoubi. We visited several homes with Reem and her attention to detail is fantastic. She is such a great listener and it could be felt as each home we visited was better than the previous. The top home she located to us was a extremely close second, losing only to the fact that we had simultaneously fallen in love with a different neighborhood. We wish Reem all the best and want to sincerely thank her for the undivided attention she gave us - and - for being very sweet with our young daughters.

We have recently rented a place with Foxtons Fullham Broadway. The initial experience so far is very positive and our agent (Alex W) is always responsive and replies to our questions/requests promptly. The tenancy tracker app allows you to raise issues to the property manager and they take care of any problems you might face when entering the new property (property conditions, communication with landlord, etc). Completely recommended if you are looking for a place to live in London!

Came here with my partner two months ago and took the time to go in personally to talk to them - something rare nowadays since everyone emails. Gave them our budget and all our information/ preferences and they said they'd contact us within half an hour. They never phoned and completely wasted our time. Good customer service goes along way and we felt completely ignored when we were trying to find an apartment for rent in a week. Been the year prior to them too and they showed us the worst places to live.

I had a quite disappointing experience with Foxtons in Fulham Broadway when I engaged them to sell a property. They lost the keys to my property and never bothered to respond when I asked them to cover the cost of a new set. Several times they crossed communications amongst each other internally, sending at times conflicting messages - which is not a huge problem per se but does not give much confidence in their internal coordination. Most concerning was that the estate agent explicitly agreed to certain sale conditions to close the sale only to say they were not acceptable in UK real estate at the very last minute (which he had failed to mention in the prior 2 months of negotiations). While the sale was successfully concluded, I would not recommend Foxtons - and if you have no other choice, please do pay extra attention and carefully document your exchanges.
