I once again used Foxtons Fulham Broadway to sell a property for me in a market that is at best, tricky. Freddie Elliott Sales Manager and Alex did a great job in securing a buyer for me in a time frame that was quicker than I thought it might have been. Having Freddie and Alex use their extensive experience and advice we were able to achieve a price, settlement and completion without it being a stressful or difficult process. Won't be renting from Foxtons again. I've never had an experience like it with any other estate agent. The sale: We were pressured into putting in an offer before leaving the property. The whole process was far more stressful than it needed to be. Numerous promises were made which when followed up on couldn't be done because it was now 'too late', how convenient. When I complained about the actions of the sales person to the manager I was told "we're not the problem, it's the London market" while they referred to each other by nick names. It felt very old boys club Esque and not like a professional outfit. Moving in: On the morning we moved it we were phoned and asked to delay our move in as the cleaners were still in and it was taking longer than expected. Despite the property being vacant before we moved it, they left the clean until the day we got the keys. I use clean loosely here, the carpets were still covered in hair and shodden from a rushed attempt at a carpet clean, the shower and kitchen had to be recleaned by us. To top it off the mattress was soiled which took them 2 weeks to resolve. End of Tenancy: They were quick to do the viewings, as they snared more punters into a contract. Once we left, they lost the keys and continued to reach out to us over the coming days. The only saving grace is that we got our deposit back in a timely manner.

After I signed a 2 year lease agreement, made payment and submitted all my financial information to a third party I was ghosted by Foxtons. It turns out I was accepted as a tenant and was set to move in but I had to find out from the tenant currently living in the flat. After moving in I heard someone entering my home with keys. I thought the flat was being broken into - they pushed so hard the door chain broke. I was extremely scared. It turned out they were a Foxtons employee there to do an inventory check but had not provided any notice or made any communications to let me know they would be entering the flat.

Unfortunately I could not give less than 1 star but the experience I had with Alicia was dreadful. I was left in front of a property I had arranged to view on the 16/10/25 and she did not show up. No phone call, no messages until next day! I don't understand why if she could not attend she could not ask a colleague to attend in her place. This kind of behaviour just shows no respect for the clients I will make sure I will not use the agency again, as I will not trust them. Very disappointed ! The manager of the agency should make sure this kind of behaviour would not happen again.

Renting via Foxtons Fulham was a thoroughly bad process and I discourage any from doing so. Whenever we tried to seek any form of clarification or support, our calls and emails would go ignored. On entering the flat, we were promised it would be cleaned to ‘Foxtons’ professional standard. The flat instead was very dirty throughout, with dirty dishes, an unclean toilet and grime in the bathroom. We raised this to Foxtons with photos and it went ignored. At the completion of our tenancy, calls, emails and messages to confirm our vacation date were ignored. In the end, we had to go into the office three times in a single day until any member of management would discuss and confirm details of this with us. Unfortunately we often found interactions with staff to be unprofessional.

Had a great experience with Alex Wojtkiewicz from Fulham Broadway office. In a 24 hour window, we got an incredible flat (far better than any of us had hoped to find as our first flat!) and he was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, taking time out of hours to ensure we were kept in the loop with all info, responding to all of our queries and making sure we were happy along the way. He was super transparent and honest about the letting process and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the right place for us. Every viewing I did with Alex was enjoyable and he genuinely listened to us and cared about what we wanted in a flat, and helped us to secure an amazing place. Would strongly recommend speaking to Alex, and will definitely come back to him if I move in the future!

After some historical issues with Foxtons, we were apprehensive when we made an offer for a house they were marketing, however, we needn’t have worried. Alex Andreae was fantastic from start to finish. This was a long drawn out sale with numerous conversations required with the seller and the freeholder. At parts it definitely did not look like it would go through and quite frankly, without Alex, it wouldn’t have. He worked tirelessly to get everyone on the same page and struck a perfect balance in tone with all parties when navigating tricky issues. House moves are stressful, and this one certainly more than most, but we got over the line due to having Alex in our corner. We could not recommend him any further! He was brilliant.

Foxtons got us an offer, and the agent, Louis Charley, did a great job getting the sale to an anxious buyer across the line. He even helped arrange to have the furniture removed - truly above and beyond.

Absolutely disregard to landlords. I used Foxtons twice within 10 years, and always say it’s last time. Does not properly explain the fees and withhold extra amount from rent tenant pay. Promised me a credit towards fees, but never paid it in full after one year. Cheating on VAT. There is no one to complain to, they sending you around the circle. Original person who I was dealing with stop unswerving the calls as soon as I signed a contract and couldn’t find a time during one year to discuss situation with me. Their responses via emails doesn’t not address issues and they trying to show like they don’t understand my instructions. They just do what they want with your property and tenancy, regardless what you telling them. Really, this is the worst and ironically most expensive agency I was dealing with in 15 years.

I worked with the head of Sales Tommy Moore and Xavier Chambel. They got our property sale through in Fulham in an expedient manner at the price we wanted. We are very happy with the outcome. There were some blips in the middle but we got through from both sides with the desired outcome and Tommy and Xavier both did a great job in communicating /negotiating for the price we wanted and we felt the property should sell for.
