GoogleOnce gave our house keys to a man claiming to be the landlords brother without letting us know and without checking. Won’t give us notice or time slots when they’re coming over, really difficult to work with.

GoogleI would highly recommend James Redington at the Balham office - he works hard, communicates well and never gives up! He was patient and managed a sale transaction of my property whilst the market was unsettled and his vendor (me) was in Australia. The main quality is being able to identify the properties I could be interested it filtering out all the once that not only don't match my criteria but also I won't like even if in my search criteria. He also very knowledgeable about the whole south west area and comes up with all sorts of interesting facts about every area, developments and insights about where to direct my search.

Although ultimately we haven't taken a flat though Foxtons, James was always highly professional, took a real interest in what we were looking for and only showed us the most relevant properties (a welcome change from some other agents we have used).

He was in frequent contact with us updating us on how things were going. Overall, the service we got from Chris and his colleagues at Foxtons Balham was excellent.

GoogleGenuinly dreadful. We let our property through foxtons and paid for their managed service. From start to finish, despite charging massive fees, they were absolutely hopeless. Very slow to respond, agents know very little about the market, they advertised the property incorrectly to prospective tenants, loads of hidden fees, and use useless third parties for tasks like inventory and check out etc. Would strongly advise using another agent to save yourself money and hassle
