GoogleCharlotte Keys was fantastic with my purchase. She was always contactable and happy for me to see the flat a couple more times after the offer was agreed. She was never too pushy and felt authentic. She was certainly one of the best people I've dealt with at Foxtons!

GoogleBought my flat with Foxtons and had a swift purchase, so chose them again to sell a number of years later. Chris was great throughout (a tricky) sale process and achieved a good price for the property...something other local agents had failed to do in the past

GoogleI had a very good experience with Foxtons Balham. Despite the current scenario of the renting market (prices are really high, and houses are scarce, specially for four people), we managed to get a house at a fair price thanks to our agent Amelia. Whenever a house that was suitable for our needs come out in the market, she texted us immediately in order to arrange a viewing. She was always very kind and and attentive, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleAs we are moving to London and are looking for an ideal property we were quite lost until Amelia showed up. Not only did she took great care in coming up with properties that would be a nice fit for us, but she also took her time to show us around London in order to find what we were looking for. She was a real pleasure to be around and her enthusiasm and insight was a big privilege. We have to check her out when we are going to move again in the future.

GoogleGreat experience dealing with Adam Clay from Foxtons who helped us find a property to let just off Clapham Common.Very good at communicating with us and explaining everything. Also, Foxtons were not sleazy and telling us to offer 'more competitively' (basically offering a disgusting amount more than asking), making it the best estate agents that we dealt with during our search. 10/10 would recommend if you're in our position looking for a property to rent at this competitive time. Thank you again Adam!

GoogleMy experience of Foxtons, Balham was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. They knew the market well and were able to advise on all aspects of my letting; some issues I was not even aware of. Well done to them. They have certainly gained my trust.
