GoogleFoxtons are very attentive and I was particularly impressed by Akua who is very helpful, enthusiastic and professional. A shining star in a very competitive market place with lots of eager estate agents. She is a dolphin amongst some sharks. I viewed a number of properties with Akua but my strict criteria on "box ticking" was not quite achieved. As someone that sold a property (through a competitor), I do believe Foxtons are very expensive and not necessarily "good value", however finding that elusive buyer in a bad market may be worth it.- Jeremy D from Balham

GoogleSelling our flat through Foxtons was an excellent experience. Despite the first sale falling through a new buyer was secured immediately who offered more money and we were even able to sell all the furniture with the flat. All the way through the process we were kept informed as to what was going on and when things slowed down or we were worried there was always someone at the end of the phone to sort it out. Would definitely recommend the Balham office for all their help

GoogleAs a search agent, I speak to a lot of estate agents every day: Akua found my last client both her properties despite me having been on the books of all the other local estate agents. I believe she was successful in finding my client her flats because she listens to what her clients want, she doesn't bombard you with a load of irrelevant properties which don't match your criteria and she is punctual, courteous and extremely professional. I would go as far as to say she is the best agent that I have dealt with

GoogleThis agent came and valued my property 20% higher than other agents I called (40k more), and I had 5 other agents come who all were valuing it within a £5k margin of error. But Foxtons reassuered me they could achieve a much higher price than the other agents so I gave them sole agency. I later realised it was just a ploy to get my business. They made no attempt at bringing me anyone to view the flat, and then when 3 months had passed, they asked me to reduce the price to the same price the other agents had valued it. In the meantime the prices in that area went down so I achieved a lower price than the other agents had told me they could get. They also lost the sets of keys I gave them! It took me 7 months to sell because of Foxtons!! Absolute Rubbish!!

GoogleI was under pressure to find a new home in less than a month, and Eddie had a whole bunch of properties lined up to show me. He was very patient, informative, and made sure my needs were met regarding signing contracts and furnishings. Such a positive individual and is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Honest, authentic and truly wants the best for all parties involved. Go to him!
