GoogleThe agent did not know much about the house. 70% of what he told us was incorrect..parking space, furnishing, garden were all wrong. He showed us the neighbours garden as ours and their parking space. Been useless at trying to sort this out too. Now we have to sort it all out ourselves not to mention live in a house that's not what was advertised.

He ensured everything went smoothly from viewings, finding a mortgage broker Adrian (also recommended), through completion and handing me the keys all within just a few short months. GoogleVery rude and toxic female manager. She was laughing at me cuz of my budget and said that I will never find anything for this price. It was a real laugh! Unacceptable attitude! Head office should take an action!

GoogleWe had the best of experiences working with Foxtons Balham. Our agent Amelia(best agent I’ve work with) is the main reason, always on top of everything, knowing every detail and arranging viewings for properties with all our must haves. I would 100% recommend working with this office.

GoogleIt took a month for Foxtons to return our deposit, there wasn't even any deductions it was just slow because we weren't a priority as a leaving customer.

GoogleUnprofessional, were not transparent about their fees associated with beeing a non resident. Once you have a dispute with them, no one is able to provide any viable solution ! We are not far from fraud !
