Awful experience. Kate in Hampstead office failed to mention the temporary flat we were moving in to, site unseen, has construction literally across the street. I let her know I was nervous about paying and signing the contract without viewing the place. She had the opportunity to be upfront and she didn’t. We also didn’t get a 2nd set of keys and weren’t told general information about a new place when moving in. So disappointed. I will never use this letting agency. They just want your money.

We had a great experience with this Foxtons branch, we were assisted by Vinay Depala, who was very attentive and worked extremely fast. We reached out on a Saturday at around noon and Vinay found us a great place, completed all the admin and handed the keys over to us on a Wednesday! I can only recommend working with him in case you are looking for properties in the area.

Sarah is a standout agent. She went above-and-beyond for my wife and I in seeking just-the-right flat. We were looking to let but were a bit aimless until we met Ms. Al-Hameed. Has been looking for a flat in London for the past two months. With the current market situation in seemed next to impossible. Tried many agencies and even more agents. Non-resultative. However, once Gerry Tito from Foxtons reached out to me, it took him two days to land us two flats, one of which has accepted our offer immediately, even though we are not the dream tenants (all students wishing to rent less than a year). Been looking for a place for rent for a while as truly wanted to find something suitable for my needs. Been through it all…rude agents that you constantly need to chase as they don’t reply, don’t place your offers, lie about properties etc..communication was one of the worst thing and thing that they want you just take the place and forget about it. Than I came across Daniel Norman from Foxton Hampstead. Not only he spent some time to listen and understand what is important for me in the place which soon I’ll call my home but also he didn’t try to sell me anything he just simple try to help me to find the best possible place to live. On this occasion, due to Covid, Foxtons weren’t able to find us a new home. However, our whole experience with them, and Mars in particular, couldn’t have been more positive. Very quickly, Mars understood what we were looking for in our search which meant we didn’t waste any time in seeing properties that weren’t suitable. His personal approach to our search was greatly appreciated as first time (and somewhat nervous/inexperienced!) buyers.He quickly put us at ease, explaining how the process would work and genuinely listened to what we were saying, rather than just hearing us. Even since putting our search on halt, Mars has checked in with us a few times to check on my partner’s health after a bout of Covid put a stop to our search. Would definitely recommend Mars, and Foxtons as an agency, to other people.

Sophie Meller was extremely helpful during my prolonged search for two properties for my two sons. She is actually exactly what an estate agent should be...but so rarely is. If you ask Sophie to find you say, a two bed, two bathroom, garden flat, for max £950k, then she will send you options that clearly meet that brief. My experience with other agents is that they think that you don't know your own requirements and may suddenly and unexpectedly decide to buy a 5 bed detached at £6 million! With other agents my inbox is annoyingly filled with anything that happens to come on the market. The upshot is that your own time investment, sifting through them is very great. Sophie does that for you. If you get an email from her, open it! It will be relevant to your search. Equally, she was super accommodating with times and dates for viewings. On our viewing she mentioned another possible that she thought we might like to see, and then produced the keys (thoughtfully brought with her just in case) Now I know a cynical person could say that thats all for her own benefit to increase her chances of making a sale, but trust me, its a two way street. To have someone line up properties that match and to only hear from her when she does, is refreshing and estate agency at its best! Thank you Sophie!
