GoogleI went with Isabella for couple of viewings. Usually I tend to avoid estate agents, as they can be very pushy. However, with Foxtons I’ve experienced the opposite. Isabella was very professional, and very friendly and she let me view the places first without trying to sell it to me. Very professional and honest. I would totally recommend to book some viewings with them, especially with Isabella, as she’s so lovely and friendly ! I did not find my new home through foxtons but they have some great flats out there. Thanks !PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI recently decided to sell my house in London. I have a friend who is "In the business" and he said immediately I should use Foxtons. He said they are quick, efficient and work hard to push a sale through. He could not have been more accurate in his appraisal! From start to completion, Foxtons did a great job. They have a simple, functional app "My Foxtons" where you are kept up to date with proceedings. I was contacted regularly and quickly when required and they made the whole experience a joy... I would particularly like to thank Nathan White, who dealt with my sale, for his help, advice and positive vibes. I would certainly recommend Foxtons to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. They were worth every penny of their considerable commission to me.... 👍PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have had experience of Foxtons on both the sales and lettings side. I recently used them to sell a property in Belsize Park, London NW3. The service provided by Ben and his team was absolutely amazing. He was supportive of the process throughout, was considerate of my wishes and preferences, extremely hard working and just a really nice guy. I experienced the same quality of service from the rest of the team. I don't normally leave reviews but am very grateful for the service I received and in a crowded market, would certainly recommend them and look to use Foxtons again.

GoogleSophie has been such a pleasure to work with in regards to my property search and I can't recommend her enough! I've had a really difficult time with trying to find the right property but Sophie was always so attentive to what we want, taking into account every little thing we said/want in a property - and everything she's suggested was carefully thought about with our needs in mind. From my experience with other agents, this isn't always the case unfortunately, so it's such a breath of fresh air to work with someone like this. She has set such a high standard for me now in terms of how an agent should work and she is honestly such an asset to the Foxton's team! Sophie is not only super friendly, welcoming and professional, but she's always so helpful every step of the way. I feel so comfortable to ask her regarding any issues along the process, and even if she doesn't know an answer herself she'll always help me to find a solution ASAP! Moving house is such a stressful process, but with the right agent it helps massively. I would have had multiple breakdowns now if it wasn't for Sophie there to save the day! I would recommend Sophie to anyone and everyone and want to thank her for being such a star.

GoogleFoxtons were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs during our flat search. In particular, Jacob Lauder was very responsive, kind and showed us a number of properties. He took the afternoon to show us several properties, making the search and viewing process much easier. I’d highly recommend Foxtons for Lettings, especially when navigating the fast-paced London rental market.

GoogleBen Relton at Foxtons Hampstead branch was absolutely great to work with. He was so helpful right from the word go. Buying a property is a long and stressful process, but Ben was there all along and was always prepared to do all that he could to keep things moving. He was always polite and attentive and never once was a telephone call or email overlooked. It is vital and reassuring for clients to be able to turn to and reach agents promptly. I would happily use Foxtons in the future.

GoogleMarja Shalbaf And James from the Hampstead office have to be the most incompetent agents. My sister has the misfortune of renting with these two. She had to re sign contract 8 times due to their mistakes. They did not check Property prior to move in. Property was not clean for move in - dust, dirt hair and junk everywhere. During Covid previous tenants possibly infected belongings strewn throughout flat. Had her movers waiting to move things in yet James refused to call emergency cleaners. Marja had the cheek to say the property looked clean enough to her. Forced to move into previous tenants filth and belongings with a baby during a pandemic. Next day I discover that the fridge and freezer don’t work and all my shopping is ruined. On top of that my husband was handed the wrong set of keys. The inventory report was forged as we took pictures and videos the same day following the report which show all the previous tenants belongings - these don’t show up on the report which clearly has pictures taken another date- perhaps the previous tenancy. All in all a complete scam. Avoid avoid. We are now in the process of legal proceedings against them for complete negligence.

Marjan was beyond any expectations, inspite all the obsticale for me to achieve my desire result both her and James did everything in their power to make this difficult process very smooth indeed . Marjans professionalism, confidence, communication skills and positive energy are impressive. Marjan is a truly vocation for her job which gives you the most pleasant and safe experience in a very stressful process of moving.
