They were close to us all the way through patient, confident and rightly encouraging when needed. And always with market metrics that supported rapid decision making. All questions answered and the walk through at every step of the sale was crucial. Jodie went the extra mile, calling in from her holidays just to make sure there were no snags and calling again to congratulate at the end of the sale. She created an atmosphere of confidence and trust through the process from start to finish. A big shout out too to Rachel Lewis. Listening, supportive with creative solutions in Jodie’s absence. She was a treasure in the moments when Jodie’s absence may have been felt, elsewhere. This was a first class team. Trustworthy, efficient, dedicated to getting the sake through. I’ve been supporting my sister hunting for a flat recently. Kitty Lehane at the Hampstead branch was so helpful and lovely. Every conversation was a delight and even though we didn’t find the right property with Foxtons, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kitty. She made sure that any opportunities were sent to us and viewings were arranged swiftly. I shall be sad we are no longer flat hunting but now Kitty can devote her time to other lucky clients! I only gave four stars because we didn’t find a property- but if it was to rate the person she’d get 10 stars.

We boycotted Foxtons over a decade ago having had terrible previous (rental, not buying/selling) experience (and not with this branch!) However, this time Adam, Nikita, Kitty and the others managed to sell our flat when another agent could not. Yes Foxtons charge extremely high agent fees but they are tenacious at getting potential buyers through the door and high footfall definitely helps to sell. If you want it sold they really will “get it done”. Nikita found our buyers and then managed the sales progression with commitment, chasing solicitors and keeping us informed throughout. She was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, team Foxtons!
