Would strongly advise any tenant renting from a landlord to avoid Foxtons Hampstead like the plague. You will be ignored by the team and the online system will fail. They will add random rent rises that have no market basis, and when you put in an initial offer to rent there will magically appear other tenants while you are in the office signing for the lease despite being off market and your rent will increase 20%. They will not abide by basic rental legislation and you will find emails take over 2 weeks to get a reply. If you are a landlord and hate other human beings I recommend using Foxtons.

I had a great experience with Jack Price from the sales team. When I asked for a viewing on a newly listed property he offered one straight away, literally within the hour. Which is very rare, some other agents are always too busy to fit you in, like they are doing you a favour. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the property. He made the viewing enjoyable and fun and I felt I could trust him. Good to change Foxtons reputation!

I had a horrible experience with Jean, who works there. She said that if I applied for the house and was not approved, she would refund my money. Not only did she not return the money, but she also disappeared and never responded again. She didn’t explain why I wasn’t approved, and it has already been two weeks without any updates about my refund. I’m still waiting.

I had a very disappointing start with Foxtons Golders Green office so when Amelia stepped in to help me, she understood straight away my requirements - which were challenging within my price range. Rezz was amazing right through our property search. Nothing was too much trouble. Agents can sometimes appear to be persistent and more often than not it is to somehow get their deal through but that was never the case with Rezz. He was patient and always tried to see things from the point of view of the client. His curated selection of properties was invariably perfect and painstakingly put together. He came across as someone whose job meant more to him than just securing a deal and he was always pleasant, courteous, patient and efficient. Whenever we next look for a property, we will definitely approach Rezz for help and we will be recommending him to friends as well.

I had a stupendous experience with Foxtons Hampstead. I was getting 30 calls per day from different letting agents, but Nutan Joshi reached out from Foxtons Hampstead with asking me a kind of houses and area I was interested and after then came back to me with a very confined list of places I would be interested in. We booked a time to view all 4 houses in a pretty much hour's time which was great as I didn't have come back again and again with different timings and appointments. I was quite impressed with Nutan Joshi the fact all the houses on the list were picked with a very thoughtful mind and were considered with all the facts I had stated before. From viewing to handing over the keys was a very smooth process and all went very nicely. I'm very glad I dealt with Nutan (Hamstead Foxtons) and I absolutely love my place. Best Vikram

I would strongly caution any landlord considering Foxtons Hampstead. They placed a tenant in my property who has since stopped paying rent and completely cut off communication with both me and the agency. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue, previous tenants introduced by this agency also failed to pay rent on time, which suggests very poor vetting practices. The Hampstead office's handling of the situation has been incredibly disappointing. While their support office has been polite and responsive, they’ve been unable to do more than issue reminders. This experience has caused me significant financial loss and stress. I expected far better from a professional lettings agency, and based on my experience, I would not recommend them to other landlords.

Foxton have been excellent - in particular the agent I dealt with - Mars Nicolaou. It took me a while to find the right property and I had to back off at one stage due to the changing nature of the market and rising rates; however Mars was persistent and found me a property that was in my budget and suited my needs. He was very patient and professional throughout. Adam was also very helpful with the contractual process. A great team overall. Thanks again for the excellent service!
