GoogleHamed and Vis were truly professional and efficient in getting the sale of our property over the line for us. I wrote a review at the beginning of the process and with this second review I wanted to emphasise how happy we are with Foxtons' service. Thank you

GoogleI have been renting out my flat through Foxtons Camden for some years, and Kirsty has always been very professional and helpful, and the tenants have always been excellent. Jamal has been dealing with it this time and has been brilliant, replying immediately to any query and ensuring the whole process goes as smoothly as possible. I would certainly recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGood experience until some 6 weeks ago, when construction works started right in front of the window in the backyard of our flat and nobody ever told us anything. The agent we spoke with never mentioned anything and apparently the back yard is not even the building's property. Instead, it was sold as a common area to be used by us and the other flats. So now we live in the middle of a construction site!! Not recommended!
Hi Antonio, we are very sorry to hear this. We understand that your negotiator spoke with you last week and apologised for any inconvenience this has caused, and that he will be keeping in touch with you.

GoogleJamal has been one of the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. He was efficient, honest and a great negotiator. He made sure the whole process was very smooth, answered every single question we had and most importantly he did not waste our time or put us under any unnecessary pressure. We couldn't recommend Jamal Hussain from Foxtons Camden enough. Thank you!

GoogleI'm a landlord, and I'd stongly recommend Jamal and Foxtons. Jamal found excellent tenants for my flat, then helped me with some pragmatic advice and sevices to satify their requests. Since then Jamal has provided me additional help when needed, and he's exceeded my expectations. Many thanks Jamal and Foxtons for all your support.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleBank holiday Easter Monday time 22:15 01/04/2024 I was coming down on my Motorcycle from Albany street down to parkway , while riding at the cross junction passing Regent’s Park Road suddenly a foxton estate agent NW1 Mini Cooper zoomed across me taking right turn to R PK RD without indicating nearly hitting my front wheel by 7 inches I beebed but the driver speed off very fast like a lunatic without any dual care I had to catch up with him but he told me not to tell his boss and was shaken . Please kindly have a word with your drivers not to drive dangerously on the road . He was Asian look a like with beard and age was around 25/27 VRN LP72YTX Green colour . Very bad driver 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

GoogleFortnum & mason, gin & tonic, bangers & mash. At Foxtons Camden we got Oliver and Visar, and what a stroke of luck that was. Their combined availability and expertise ensured all calls were answered and all requests met. With major effort on all sides, we managed to get rapid completion (even with Camden Council's efficiency challenges) in six weeks. The Foxtons guys were particularly strong in having a good overview of the local market along with detail on some of the dynamics and issues. I appreciated two things in particular. The first is they have access to a host of wraparound services: mortgage brokers, insurance advisers, lawyers and so on. This moved things along and was helpful in not having to sift through websites and professional pitches. The second is they coached the sale and kept it on track. Communication was excellent, professionalism was high, and the determination to get this over the line was evident. You need this when buying a property. It truly is one of the most stressful life events but the solidarity from the Foxtons team, always grounded in reality and pragmatism, was very welcome. I recommend them wholeheartedly. There's hardly any of that slightly fast and shiny image estate agents are renowned for, and they've got the highest concentration of Hermes ties in NW1. If you're buying or selling then it's good to have Foxtons Camden on your team.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us Simon. We are so pleased to know that Oliver and Visar provided such an exceptional service in the process of purchasing your new property. We wish you the best in your new home, and hope to work with you again in the future!

GoogleJamal Hussain provided top-class service to my flatmate and I. He kept touch since the beginning of our property hunt, learned our requirements very carefully and showed us options which were not on display on rightmove. Given we were not in the UK, he was very kind to offer a video viewing and guaranteed on many issues about which we are concerned. We wouldn't be able to find such a nice property at the price without his help. Really appreciate it!
This is wonderful news, thank you for sharing your experience with us!

GoogleJosiah and Jamal helped me and my wife find a flat that fit our price range and in the right area, and once we started the process of putting an offer down, they couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. They both talked us through each stage of references and I didn’t feel like we were getting the “hard sell” that can be common with some estate agents. Overall, a positive, polite and professional service and would definitely recommend.

GoogleYann made our experience searching for a property to be a real pleasure. He was consistently on the ball and ready to help us find a property. I loved his proactive approach and his efficient manner taking us from property to property to view. He worked hard to understand what we required and to try and find something that met our requirements. Many thanks, Yann!

GoogleA bit of a nightmare. Everything about our experience was great... right up until we signed the lease. Then we found ourselves stuck with a dirty flat where most things were broken, and a completely unreliable landlord who violated the lease in multiple ways. Despite complaining multiple times, we got no support from Foxtons throughout the tenancy and after tenancy with the deposit process (we moved out several months ago and have had to open a dispute process on our deposit). Be wary and make sure you get everything they tell you about the flats put into writing.
Hi Mary, we are very sorry to hear that you have had this experience, we always strive to provide top quality customer service, and this is certainly not the standard of service we would expect you to receive. A senior member of our team will be in contact with you soon to discuss this situation.
