GoogleJamal was very helpful from the very beginning of our apartment hunt in London from India. We found a property that suited our needs as students. He picked up calls promptly and patiently responded to all our queries both on call as well as on whatsapp. Very efficient and smooth experience. I would recommend Foxtons!

GoogleLiterally money hungry estate agents. To such a degree that they do not consider the people living in the property. I got calls and texts at 10.30pm asking if I’m available the next day so the property could be viewed. They added an extra day to our tenancy without informing. Do not recommend this company and will no longer use it in the future.

GoogleBeing demanding we viewed a lot of flats and dealt with several estate agents. Visar Bytyqi, from Foxtons Camden has been by far the most responsive, available and helpful estate agent in this process and found us the perfect flat, that we ultimately ended up buying. We have been more than happy by the service delivered by Visar and his manager Vicky.

GoogleVery bad customer experience with Simone Greggio this morning. They weren’t honest and transparent about the conditions. I literally found out he was lying about the flat and when I realised that he immediately became very offensive and argumentative. Just he started to make difficulties like I had to pay the first months rent and five weeks deposit in “THREE HOURS” TO START REFERENCE CHECKING for a flat I supposed to move in after one month. Now I’m not taking the flat that I was ready to make a 2 year contract because of these unacceptable and unprofessional behaviours of him.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have dealt with a number of lettings negotiators at Foxtons over the past decade or so. In my opinion, I must say that Jamal is one of the best Foxtons lettings negotiators that I have come across. His work ethic is very professional. He is very responsive and responds to requests in a very efficient manner.

GoogleJamal was informative and responsive throughout and managed to find tenants off-market pre-listing at an excellent price. Foxtons has higher fees but they also seem to attain higher rental prices that cancel out the fee.

He seemed to be working all hours to get my tenancy checks over the line quickly and was a great mediator between myself and the landlady

GoogleJamal is one of the best negotiators I have met. He is helpful, trustful, and fast-responsive. Jamal is always thinking from your point of view with warm heart. The flats I rented was in really good condition and the move-in process was also very smooth and easy. I would strongly recommend this real estate agent.

GoogleFoxtons in Camden have handled the letting of my flats in Tufnell Park for the past 5 years and they have found excellent tenants with no void periods. I have always found the team very responsive, friendly and professional. I would recommend the lettings team especially Claire and Kirsty to anyone serious about a high quality service.

GoogleInitially I used another agent, but I was not happy with their sales performance. I switched to Foxtons, who were immediately on the ball, courteous and helpful. We live overseas, and Oliver handled the sales negations for us. He was always cheerful and upbeat, and returned calls. Is Foxtons the cheapest agent, no. Would I use them again? Absolutely. They got us the sale, as the market was a bit slow. Well done.

GoogleDid not like the way they deal with the little people that work hard to earn their money. They would not think twice to take unreasonable money out of your pockets. I would not recommend to anyone as they will be nice to you initially but once their job is done they will throw you in the deep end.

GoogleI worked with Mike Horton of Foxton's Camden who was clearly experienced and has been very helpful in selecting places that were to my taste and suit my needs, both in Camden and other areas in London . I can highly recommend him and will certainly work with Mike again when looking for other places.
