I can only echo the negative experiences of the others who’ve reviewed this highly suspicious company. Booked a property on booking.com that gave a specific address and pictures of several buildings. When I received the confirmation it was a different address and an old high rise council block, not as pictured. When I phoned the company to point out they’d misadvertised the address and asked if they had any of the pictured properties the woman interrupted me to tell me to cancel the booking since “it was clear I was going to give a negative review”. When I asked for photos of the interior of the advertised flat and/or the name of the company she flatly refused and said “we could be on the phone for an hour and I wouldn’t give you the details” and then, again telling me to cancel, she hung up. Multiple attempts to call to find out how to cancel without getting the £9,700 cancellation fee and how long it would take to release from my credit card weren’t answered but I received a WhatsApp message (how they correspond) saying “CANCEL THE RESERVATION, WE DO NOT WISH TO ACCOMODATE YOU” and a laughing emoticon. When I said I couldn’t cancel in time for funds to be released but I’d get in touch again if the person staying complained she said she had changed the key pick up code so I’d have to cancel. I didn’t realise until I read the below that she couldn’t officially cancel but was doing so via the back door by changing the key code. Booking.com informed me that they’d likely corresponded on WhatsApp vs on booking.com to avoid the platform being able to view correspondence. Unbelievably unprofessional and disreputable.

We’ve been using Flex Living for the past 2 years. They take care of everything including arranging gas safe certificates and fixing minor issues. They’ll also get reasonable quotes for bigger issues that the team can’t fix. Our rent is always paid on time and they are very quick to respond. Very happy to have worked with them and hope to continue to do so going forward.

Excellent managed property in Queensland Road situated next to the Emirates Stadium. If you are an Arsenal fan you will definitely enjoy the experience. The space is suitable for a family of 4 with great space for cooking . The building is well managed with great security .

They are unprofessional bullies who would do everything within their power (and beyond) to screw up with you, and get you in tight situations where they quickly antagonise you.They make promises they dont intend on upholding, and the only reason they are making any money is by screwing up their customers on both ends (renters and landlords)

Disgusting company, the photos are fake and the property you get to looks nothing like the pictures advertised, there was no heating in the property and they never reply to any messages, they use a bunch of fake reviews to come across as legit, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!!!

GoogleThis place could not have been more disgusting. Falsely advertised beyond belief and when I tried to approach customer service I was dismissed and lied to. I only gave one star because you can’t give none and it seems that the only people giving Flex 5 stars is the land lords conveniently.

We loved this residence in Hammersmith. (Three lines). Short walk to tube, grocery stores and several pubs. Not far from Thames and a few cool restaurants.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, biggest scam artists around. they will ignore your emails and them blame you when things do not go they're way. Bunch of cowboys. Landlords go and use a local estate agent that you look after you rather than theyr back pockets.

Fabulous little place so local to everything. Clean and tidy and well equipped. It was lovely to be able to sit out in the courtyard on sunny days and the bed was so comfortable. A great place to stay in London. Communication with the Host (Lamyae) was excellent.

Good, prompt customer service response on phone & whatsapp. Some shady management practice. I wish i had read the negative reviews here as it seems i've been victim of exactly same 'decieving location' for a specific property. Did not end up checking in and lost paid rent. Best explanation they had was "we sent you location 6 days in advance". Ironically, same decieving location is still listed for that property!
