GoogleA bunch of thieves without a single honest bone in their body! Do not rent from them or give them your properties, I don't understand how these criminals are allowed to operate, hiding behind a ltd company yet scamming so many people, as it can be seen from all the negative reviews!

As landlords our experience with FlexLiving has been very positive. We've been with them for three years and they manage two apartments for us in the City. They've maintained the properties well and taken all the hassle out of the rental process - particularly as we live outside of London. They negotiate hard over their rental payment to us, but are fair.

GoogleThe flat I booked was exactly as the photos advertised. It was very clean. The customer service team is amazing. I spoke with different agents and they are all helpful and kind. It's a big plus and big 10/10 for everything starting from the staff to the flat.

They offered me a quote 24 hours after the viewing, their offer included all of their benefits such as free maintenance inspections, free cleaning, and a monthly consistent payment. They always pay on time, and their maintenance team always fixes issues immediately. Highly recommended service.
